      The travel agent lied to me about a hotel reservation. I asked if the reservation was fully refundable if cancelled. ****** the agent, said that the reservation could be fully refunded. When I received the receipt and the cancellation policy, only $200 of the $1400 reservation could be refunded. This particular agent intentionally lied to me or did not understand my question. Based on the reviews here, I am going with that she is a liar, liar pants on fire.

      RUN!!!!!! Travel Agent NIGHTMARE!For the love of all things holy, do not use this agency! We booked a cruise with one of their **** who is god awful. Once the deposit was made, all h*** broke loose. My family booked a cruise, and the agent does not return calls or text to answer questions, make changes, make the payments etc. We have since found out the travel agent no longer works for the company. I have called the company 4 times trying to get them to give us the information to have our reservations released to carnival only to be given the run around. They keep telling me "we will email the agent, we will call the agent and call you back blah blah blah" I HAVE TO KEEP CALLING THEM. I have been trying since December to get our cruises taken care of as it is due to be paid off in March, NOTHING! My family is very disappointed with this agency and wishes we would have never ever used them. Today is Feb. 13th and I just hung up the phone with them only to be told someone will contact me in 24 hours. I am almost POSITIVE; I will have to be the one to reach back out to them. This place is awful! PLEASE save yourself some time and annoyance, use a different agency!

      Hello,

      I would be happy to can contact the agent directly and reassign a new agent. Our company policy is that we do not release bookings to client once a booking is booked with our credentials. As this covers us with any legal matters etc. It's very unfortunate this happen however we can get this resolved easily. All I will need the clients contact information to reach out...thanks, *******!

      My travel agent misled us with the wrong information very poor communication we missed our ship due to her negligent we paid *** ***** and didn't get anything in return no trip and no refund I will never use her service again and I advise anyone else to be careful of this poor service

      This company have changed my life!!!! I loveeee to travel and get paid commissions from this company on my own trips as well. I been in business since 2018. Yes, you get commission from your own trips. Yes you get commission for Booking other people. Join the winning Team . Don't give up?? ??. Thanks InteleTravel. From Boss Lady.

      My travel agent, ****** ****** friend since 4th grade was suppose to plan my retirement vacation and it didnt happen. She had over $10000 of our money and have not returned it. She stop answering calls, text, and emails because Im mad about the trip and now our money. Please do not book a trip with these people, they say I need to talk to travel agent, who is not responding. But she has our money! Now I have to spend more money to sue

      I joined Inteletravel nine years ago. I was actually looking for a way to earn an additional income from home after a car accident. I had to have surgery and I could not work as a nurse. Im so glad that I had got started when I did, I was able to book my first cruise by calling the vendor on the phone, they walked me through the entire process and that yielded me a commission of $6500 plus. Im so grateful for this amazing company. Im thankful that I can get trained on all the major brands at no additional cost. Over the past 9 years I have watched this company get better to accommodate all the agents that have joined us.

      Absolutely not. I am an ITA with Inteletravel and a previous client complained because he attempted to fraud me. I made no money on his trip and Inteletravel is buying his story with 0 evidence. They refuse to answer my complaints or back up their agents in any way which they give false claims of. They return emails with attitude and 0 decorum. You would think they would be grateful and kind and professional to the people that make them money but they are the worst customer service team I have ever worked with. I was spoken to with such disrespect while I was 8 months pregnant and I told them to continue speaking with my lawyer so I could avoid the stress during a high risk pregnancy and instead they cancelled my account and continued to belittle me as a professional with 0 regard to my health. Shortly after I spoke with their customer service I was bedridden and my health declined and my doctor immediately said it was due to high stress putting my baby at risk. The stress that only came from speaking with the inteletravel customer service team. I paid my money as an agent and they have given me 0 refund. I would like a FULL REFUND or my account reinstated because I refuse to continue making a company money if they can care less about their agents. I'm currently working on an exclusive with ***, a lawsuit, and social media exposure to my over ****** followers on social media to expose the unprofessional practices of this team. Their customer service should be moved to a more intelligent group of people.

      Worst company they steal they allow their travel agents to steal. I booked a trip and was owed a refund and have been fighting with Inteletravel for over 2months looking for my refund they told me they received the funds and it was sent to the travel agent now the travel agent is missing doesnt get back to me or anyone in the company. This is such an unprofessional company who steals money from people. I will be getting a lawyer

      I absolutely hate this company! I had been with them since 2023, they never paid me any of my commissions on time. The customer service is the worst, they give you the run around completely when it comes to paying our commission. Three months after the vendor paid Inteletravel I am still waiting to receive my commission with no clear explanation as to why or when I will receive my money as if they don't get enough from us every month in addition to their cut of the commission and us having to pay hyperwallet to collect our money. This business is setup to make the executives richer. I feel like if you are paying for a membership why are you taking 30% of the commission from your travel agents?
