Attached is the police report that reports this fraudulent activity thats a result of identity theft. The transaction is completely fraudulent, I reached out to the company to get more details and the woman was rude and said I need to do my own research, the conversation is recorded. I have asked the credit bureau to investigate and remove this transaction and the company keeps verifying it. I was out of the country and stayed there during COVID, I needed to get help from the US embassy to get back home.Business Response

Dear ****************************,
In response to your e-mail dated July 20, 2024, in reference to **********-*** ****** Jahores complaint which she stated she was not the person who purchased the vehicle or who made the transaction with Delray Auto Mall Five Years ago. On October 21, 2019, **********-************************** did in fact purchase a 2012 *** 328i White 4 Doors Sedan in Person. All paperwork in our possession shows that **********-************************** is indeed the person who was present at the time of the transaction in person with Proper Drivers License ID that was verified and required to purchase and finance the vehicle at Delray Auto Mall prior to COVID.
*********-************************** made her first payment on the loan of her vehicle on November 26, 2019, with her Master Card ended 7953 in Person, her second payment was due on December 20, 2019, which she didnt make that payment until January 15, 2020, in Cash and in Person. The third payment with her Master Card ended 7953 in Person.
These transactions and **********-*** ****** Jahores Driver License which was issued on 6/26/2014, and a replacement was also issued on 10/01/2016, her Credit Application, Her References, Her Credit Report and Master Credit Card show that the Vehicle transaction was not fraudulently done as **********-************************** claimed it to be.
The Vehicle Transaction was confirmed and authorized by **********-************************** herself.
*********-************************** called our office on April 7, 2020, at 3:58 PM stating that I am in ******** for a Family Emergency, and I am not able to return back to ********** at this moment. Not to worry, the vehicle is still at my Apartment ******************************** in Delray Beach. I cant make the payment right now since I am out of the Country, and I am stuck here in ********. I am sorry and I will resume my payments as soon as possible.
In conclusion our Records verify that indeed **********-************************** herself came into Delray Auto Mall in person, and purchased a 2012 *** 328i White, it was not possible for this transaction to be fraudulent as **********-************************** stated. **********-************************** was in constant communication with our office and informed us of her lock down in ******** during COVID.

Dear ****************************,
In response to your e-mail dated December 8, 2023, in reference to ******************************* complaint which he stated he is Ms. ***** ****** Husband, prior to the purchase of the 2015 ******** **** S550, on September 22, 2023. We informed *********************** that the sunroof is inoperable, that is why we were selling the car below Market Value. After he examined and test drove the vehicle, he wanted an additional discount of $4,500.00 dollars which we gave him. Selling the car AS IS which is stated in the Buyers Guide located in the Window of the car and his paperwork. We also went above and beyond an expired warranty and examined the vehicle three weeks later at our expense. After diagnosis the car we found a faulty rear engine plug which we replaced at our expense. ************************ was present during the time of repair, and everything was fine with the vehicle when he left. ************************ drove 5 hours several times from Middleburg to Delray Beach with no overheating issues. When ************************ was present upon our Technicians diagnosis, there was no evidence of water pump, coolant leaks,Turbo leaks or overheating issues. On November 10, 2023, ************************ called and stated that he had $1,200.00 dollars repair bill near his home and he asked to help him cover half of the repair Bill, which we did. According to the AS IS Contract, we were not obligated.
We feel we went way above and even overextended our generosity on an
AS IS Vehicle, which ************************ was well aware.

Prior to me buying the I expressed my concerned to him about the oil leak and the burning smell. He advised to me not to worry about anything cause if I found any leak or any problem I can bring it back to him so they can fix it. After purchasing the car I drove 200 miles away and the smoke start coming. I called him we set up an appointment to bring it back, as I was sitting at the shop the mechanics told me they dont know nothing about ******** other then regular stuff. So they clean it and change a plug. Once I get home with the car I took it somewhere and told him it will be around $3500 to fix it he sent me $600. And car still needs work for about $2000. The only thing I was aware of was the sunroof. The rims were cracked which I had to pay to get fixed the tires were blowing up. He is very dishonest.i need him to pay for the repairs cause he knew the car was not in driving condition.Customer Answer

Case Opened: December 8, 2023
Dear ****************************,
In response to your e-mail dated December 13, 2023, in reference to ******************************* second correspondent which stated that the vehicle had oil leak which we addressed. There were no other issues when we sold ************************ the car and there were No Cracked Rims. Our Precious Client which he bought several cars from us, had this particular car for a period of three years with No issues other than the sunroof which he mentioned to us. During the time the car was in our possession there were No Water Pump, or Overheating issues, No Cracked Rims, otherwise the Tires would deflate or be totally flat. When ************************ mentioned to us his other concerns, we told him to please bring the car back to our shop, which he declined because of the distance and ask us to help him cover half of the $1,200.00 dollars towards the Repair Bill which he asked us over the phone which we did. At that he stated that would settle his concerns.
Our Final Offer to ************************ is to have him bring the car back to our shop for further diagnosis to see if we can resolve his oil leak issue, if there is any.Other than this Offer we are done with any other concerns.
As per our first response we believe that we went above and beyond on a car that was sold As Is with an Expired Warranty.
Should you need any further information, please feel free to contact me directly at ************.
