      Back in October of 2021 I purchased a knife from mid tech knives. The payment for the knife was taken off my card and then i was told it was out of stock. December 15 2021 I received an email asking if I wanted my money back or was I willing to wait for it to be back in stock. I opted to wait on December 20 2021. I have not received a response to any emails I've sent since then, but they still send me adds showing the knife I ordered as being back in stock. The card I used for the purchase was lost and has since been replaced, so it can not be credited. I just want what I paid for.

      I ordered like a fool online trusting a company to actually send me the product I paid for..i have had nothing but run around since I placed the order in October 2021..exscuses..they took my money and never sent the product..then they said they delivered it..but sent it to an address in Texas..no response from them since I sent them the obvious statement my mailing address is in Canada..I've tried calling...left messages...asked my credit card be refunded...nothing since..I have attached all correspondence as well as my receipt on my credit card..please help..I just want my money refunded

      I ordered a slingshot from them in September of 2021 and have been waiting for any update on shipping but have received none. When I queried the company through email they responded by saying it is later than expected and will be shipped as soon as they arrive. When I replied a month later that I still have not received any update on the product and would like a refund if they have not received it yet they did not respond. There has still been no response and I have contacted my credit card company to reverse the charge as they have not shipped, refunded or even updated me on the product.

      I ordered two slingshot rifles from this company in October. It took two months for them to arrive. When they did, they were shipped together but in separate boxes. One box was missing parts so we could not put that gun together. The second box did contain all the parts, but when we put it together it did not work. I have emailed and messaged the company several times and they no longer respond. While I was waiting for the guns to arrive, the company stayed in constant contact with me but once I alerted them that one box was missing parts and the other did not work they have stopped responding. Their site even boasts a 24/7 customer service email. I need to return both guns and receive a full refund.

      I ordered a otf knife from the June of 2021 and received it but know it has stated working right and there website states that is has a lifetime warranty but I can not get up with anyone for fix it or replace it been trained for omost a month

      I placed an order on 11/4/2021 and have still not received my merchandise. I have sent several emails and also made many phone calls leaving two messages in the machine. I have asked for a refund on the order and am still waiting to hear anything back from this company. I spent 104.99.

      On 22 October 2021, I ordered $104.99 of products from Midteh Knives (Order ******). I received and email that they received my purchase and would notify me once my order is sent. To this day I have not received an update and when I try to get an update it says it's not shipped on the Store App they require you to download to track your order. I attempted to get an update on 26 November, over a month from my initial order and have not heard back. I notified them in the email that I'd be filling a BBB complaint if I didn't hear back.

      I made a purchase through Midtech Knives website on October 4, 2021. My card was charged $104.99, but I have never received the item. I've emailed their provided email address and have received no correspondence back. I'd either like my item or my money back in full.

The shipping is running just a little later than expected due to the port problems... we do have tracking and they should arrive shortly...sorry for the delay.... The Slingshot is a special order item and once we place the order it takes about 2-3 weeks shipping time frame as described in the description area of the Slingshot on the website...Once we receive them we are shipping out as they arrive.. All slingshots materials come in from overseas.. You will love it !!! They are still in transit but on the way ! Because of the Shipping Crisis they are running just a little later than expected.

      On September 17,2021 I purchased a knife from Midtech knives. A charge of 69.99 was placed on a Mastercard. I received a confirmation email advising my order #XXXXX has been confirmed. I emailed the business back on September 18,2021 and asked about order status. I was then advised the item will be shipped at the first of the week. On September 22,2021 I sent another email asking about order status. Midtech knives replied stating the knife will be shipped out that day. Based on all the negative reviews and their history of not fulfilling orders I feel as if I have been scamed and this company will keep giving me the same reply with every email I send.

      I placed an order for $69.99 with Midtech Knives on the 31 st of August . After one week no email on a tracking number or letting me know if my order was shipped, I emailed them asking when my order was going to be shipped out. I got one email that they were waiting on a part to come in and another that my order was being prepared to ship. So I started than to research Midtech Knives seeing all the bad reviews and that they already been sent to BBB I started getting concerned. Four days ago on Sunday I emailed them saying shipping was taking to long and I wanted a refund. They tried to say they were preparing my order to ship. I said I want a refund. They replied ok. I replied ok well when can I expect my refund they said they needed to send it to the administrative office it would be a couple of days. It's now Wednesday no refund and now they will not respond to my emails.
