We are beyond happy to be done with our timeshare commitments. *** did what they promised and although it wasn't overnight they were extremely professional and always got back to us when we got a little anxious. 1 starNo option to leave a Zero. This company has taken me for over *********. My *** does not answer the phone when I call. Keeps telling me it almost done. This started almost 3 years ago. They told me to take a loan at a ridiculous interest rate but not to worry because they were sending me the money to pay it off before the first payment is due. This was November. When I asked within timeframes for refunds and was told the deadlines don't mean anything. Not to worry. Now I am in the fight of my life to get my money back. If these people call you, hang up. When I got the call and documents that I was out of our timeshare finally from our *** **** I absolutely broke down. We wasted so much money on trying to use it and could never get a booking. I was a little nervous but thanks for the help!AMS Management Service Corp

1 starI feel the company did not meet their promise of getting us out of our timeshare. Mr. ******** ******** was not helpful when asked about receiving a refund of the amount paid per agreement. I have faced significant challenges with my interactions with RPC, the legal counsel of ***. Listed below are examples of my attempts to reach out to them:- January 8, 2025: Emailed and spoke to ****** ****** at *** group about our Foreclosure notice. She said she would call me back, but I received no return call.- November 5, 2024: Emailed ***** and ****** regarding the 2025 Maintenance Fee. No response - November 6, 2024: Resent Maintenance Fee document. No response - November 6, 2024: Emailed to **** the Maintenance Fee Document. No response - October 17, 2024: Emailed to **** the requested Social Security Statements and VA Disability Letter.- January 7, 2025: Emailed **** the Foreclosure notice ************ No response - January 8, 2025: Called ****** ******, informed her about the Foreclosure notice, and emailed her the notice. She told me she would call back within several days, but I received no return call.- January 14, 2025: Called ****** ****** about our Foreclosure Note (follow-up as nothing had been done). She promised to call me back by the end of the day, but I received no return ******* has been over one year to have the situation resolved. The ****************** is going our of business. Mr ******** stated that the foreclosure of our timeshare is resolving the situation. They would send a letter to the credit bureaus to explain the situation. This is not acceptable. I was contacted by *** who advised me of a fraudulent charge to my credit card by a company that was under criminal investigation. I spoke and with the *** people and accomplished several 3 way calls with the credit card company. All conversations were professionally, knowledgeably and forthrightly conducted. The fraud was resolved in my favor and in a very reasonable time frame.Obviously, I hope not to need further services, but will not hesitate to call *** again for assistance. *** was able get our money refunded from ********* exit company that did not get rid of our timeshare. **** ****** kept us informed through out the process and always returned phone calls, emails promptly.AMS Management Service Corp

1 starWe are VERY unhappy. My husband and I (****** & ****** *******) signed a contract on 11 Jan 2024 with *** Management Corp, and had promises of getting rid of our timeshare at ************* in ***********, **. These promises also included a "normal" release of the timeshare would be within 6 months and the Contract was for 12 months. *** also promised we would be getting updates of what was going on with our timeshare. None of that happened. We were the ones making contacts and it took two or three emails / phone calls to get a return call! Per Contract, we supplied all required documents to at support @ amscorp.org on 22 January 2024. We also sent the notices of Past Due Notices from ************* for not paying our Maintenance fee, as we were told to not do anything with Ocean Landing and send all corresponds from to them. This is now affecting our Credit Status and we are concerned where we go from here with no communication from AMS Management Service Corp.Review fromJane T

I am very relieved and happy to be out of a timeshare I had for almost 30 years. Thank you ******** ******** and *** for assisting in this process. I didn't know how easy it could be but they did the work and although it took awhile (which he told us in advance) I am thrilled that I don't have to pay the ridiculous maintenence fees anymore. We enjoyed many trips as a family early on but I am now a widow and just didn't have the money to pay the fee every year. The only negative was the cost and how long it took took finalize but I knew all of that up front. ******** was always very responsive to me and he always did what he said.
