Reached out to AAPC LLC today after we were informed by our Termite Bond and Pest Control provider (a different local provider) that termites were identified around and possibly in the home during their initial service visit. Our service provider told us that they unfortunately do not do termite treatments beyond establishing and providing the bond and recommended a few companies. This is how we found AAPC and so we reached out to try to have a service provider help us with this problem. At first, everything seemed great. The gentleman we spoke with was knowledgeable and immediately had ideas on the species of termite and what service would look like. Pricing was reasonable also so we scheduled a service visit. A few minutes later he called us back to inform us that the owner has directed him to cancel our appointment and deny service unless we agreed to replacing our current service provider and switching all our services to them. This would mean we'd have to re-establish the termite bond. This seemed like extortion and even the gentleman calling felt awkward having to share this with us. AAPC couldn't even match the price or monthly service treatments that our current provider gives. We of course declined and decided to make sure to share this experience in hopes that the owner reconsiders such a negative customer acquisition practice for others and to spare their employees of the embarrassment. We would have of course considered changing over if they business was more considerate of the situation we're in and was willing to work with us. We agreed to all the initial pricing but to come-back and demand that we subscribe to the full gamut of services to receive a specific pest treatment, that was just sad and poor service.

I’m surprised this review is still up after we talked and did your treatment. As I explained to you, you were not told ALL your services had to be switched to us, it was just the termite service. The only reason for that was because my employee thought you wanted on-going coverage and we do not rely on other companies’ treatments. After talking to you and explaining our policy you seemed fine and went with our one-time treatment (no warranty). After the treatment, you told our employee you were happy with the service and understood the misunderstanding and would remove the bad review. That has not happened yet, so I thought it best to reply to this review. I’m glad we could take care of your problem and look forward to being there for you if you need us again.
