    ****** was very helpful in explaining the current insurance laws as they pertain to the contracting side of the industry and how they tie in business and homeowners. My insurance company was trying to force me to replace my roof out of my own money. I didnt file a claim after hurricane *** due to several reasons. Mainly, I dont have a trained eye for damage and what i could see from the ground as a 64 year old veteran no missing shingles or damage that i could make out. He pointed out a lot of damage from lifted shingles that had ***** back into place yet were compromised with a crease? then he found several sections where the storm had blown debris and moisture compromising the roof entirely. I called my carrier back and told them i had someone look at it so they sent their adjuster and met with ****** on the roof. He pointed out blatant hurricane or storm damage to the adjuster which they agreed was from *** and recent high winds. We are currently pending an approval from my carrier on the settlement as Peyton is still in communication with them on what needs to happen to get my home back together. Looking forward to my new roof even though i have a fairly high hurricane deductible...
