DONT EVER USE EMERALD COAST! They are terrible! Customer service is terrible, they advertised a vacation rental that was unlivable at the time of arrival! We spent thousands of dollars to stay and had to find housing elsewhere after we arrived because of the condition of the rental property! They did nothing to accommodate us and refuse to give us a refund!!! They are awful! DO NOT USE!Review from Douglas S

Horrible customer service, both on their web site and live call. Tried three times to send messages to their site asking about pet fees. Each time the response was giving us a booking number. Finally called them personally and was told the web site has some problems and was very frank and coy about it. When I tried to ask a question about the fees, rep interrupted me and spoke down to me. They hardly ever answer their office phones and the attitude is they could care less if you rented from them or not. I feel for sorry for the owners of the Dew Drop Inn in Santa Rosa Beach, as the service they are using is horrible.

The potential guest sent an inquiry 5 minutes prior to calling asking about what the pet fee would be for a property that was not listed as pet friendly. Before we could respond to the inquiry he called our office and immediately stated he hated our website. We tried to be helpful and then the caller started cussing and being condescending to the agent. After this the agent tried again to direct the caller to the pet friendly area of the site and he then yelled and cussed at the agent again stating he was being interrupted. The call then ended.
The potential guest then called back shortly after (according to our records) and spoke to another representative stating he had called 3 straight times with no answer. We let him know all lines must have been busy and proceeded to assist as he and asked about 3 other homes and if they were pet friendly. He let the caller know that they were not, and proceeded to instruct the caller how to search for pet friendly units to avoid any confusion and he again became agitated that he was looking at units that were not pet friendly. The call ended shortly after as he was again not happy.
We will continue to strive to be as helpful as possible when guests call and inquire about our properties.
