DHL GUAM/UNITED STATES contracted to deliver via its Private Courier a Privately Individualized Charitable conferral to an Indigent Aid recipient in ******* to our Private Charities, and received full compensation against the contract at $247.99 ( Receipted ) . At Origin, we solicited that DHL provide a DECLARATION FORM for Customs purposes, but the Vendor expressly failed to provide any such documentation, assuming FULL LIABILITY for any miscarriages or issues with regards to Final Delivery. Moroccan Customs has for weeks now been exploiting this articulation gap as created by DHL, and we have asked its LEGAL COUNSEL to articulate to this gap by clarifying to the foreigners customs its own Error of Omission, and acknowledging the Charitable and NON-COMMERCIAL nature of the disposition, and on that basis secure CLEARANCE for the article at apparent dispute. We can make INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS fully available to your Investigations Team, and ask you to reach out, DIRECTLY on the action of this complaint, to *************************, *******************************, and ***********************, respectively. We have comprehensive details on this issue, and are merely seeking to have DHL redeem/fulfill its Legal Contract!

    Dear *************************,

Upon further review of your issue we will require further details, can you please provide a valid shipment number or tracking number to help determine if this is a DHL Global Forwarding shipment or a DHL Express shipment.  The document you provided is not a valid number within our system.

    Thank you,

This is in directly reply to the *** representative's evident request for a Tracking Number, which, we felt that we had already provided. That Number happens to be; **********.

The "Accept"/"Reject" modality is inappropriate method for presenting an acknowledgement to the Company's current pattern of reply and engagement, therefore I simply provide to this " additional information " instead.

    Greetings MS. ***********;;

I believe it has been adequately and comprehensively established, that for the purposes of the foreign customs, both the SENDER and the RECEIVER is the COMPANY D.H.L., and NOT the personal sender, and the personal receiver, whom D.H.L. has shrewdly aimed to deflect its own oversight burdens, while LEGALLY executing a evident disservice from the very inception of this process, primarily, by INTENTIONALLY AVOIDING PROVIDING A CUSTOMS DECLARATION FORM TO THE INDIVIDUAL SENDER AT ORIGIN ( UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ) , even, and especially after that this convention was so legally, and personally, REQUESTED ( so as to correctly declare to the charity ) .

MOROCCAN Customs has shrewdly exploited this absence, and for all relations with them, and the NON-NEGOTIABLE AND FINAL 150 EUROS that they ultimately demand (from D.H.L. *************/*******/D.H.L. ) , the intended recipient is legally, D.H.L. MOROCCO (who must, therefore pay it), while the intended sender, legally, is D.H.L. UNITED STATES (who must, equally, pay it).

D.H.L. has been paid $247.99 at PREMIUM costs for legally delivering to the recipient an article that it alone is solely responsible for finalizing due diligence upon, however, D.H.L. has instead amassed, through the primary 69 days of my counted professional services, a directassessment of $17,111.31, whose OBLIGATION has been correctly rendered to its SUPPLY CHAIN legal counsel, *************************, whose own representations astonishingly continue to remain problematically ABSENT to the issue, where it should rather instead be PRESENT and active.

D.H.L., therefore, is DOUBLY indebted to this individual sender, who owes absolutely no duties, including imaginary duties of hypothetical compliance, which neither the individual sender, nor the individual recipient owes in relation to D.H.L. or " ************;".

The individual sender, who makes it no mystery, that he is an active and engaged *********, has been practising both legal and executive restraint, and deliberately forestalling LEGAL ACTION against D.H.L. *************, which any other professional, in this individual's position and personal legal capacity, would conventionally not hesitate to directly initiate against th company.

The purpose for this FORBEARANCE, however, to render the spirit of CHARITY fruitful, and indeed " .... long suffering .... " ( as ********* principles require ) , since the public and instruments in BOTH lands are CLEARLY VOID of its true capacities, and the EXAMPLE of CHARITY is intended to effect beneficial transformations higher than man, unto the otherwise consistently wronged, rejected, or un-represented abject peoples, and indeed, the rather personal " integrity " of D.H.L. employees.

The effects of these delays, furthermore, are DAMAGING to the recipient, who also happens to be a patient, and has remained in urgent need of communication tools so as to be able to undertake to clinical correspondence obligations relative to their local doctor, who can not effectively communicate with the client.

The individual recipient absolutely will not accommodate, over-extend, or " cooperate " with WORTHLESS bureaucracies unworthy of their very presence within the sovereign territory, and rather, it behooves D.H.L. MOROCCO to finalize the OBLIGATORY delivery.

To do this, please insist upon your own counterparts in ******* ( D.H.L. ) to take responsibility for OBTAINING and PRESENTING to us, a FINAL CUSTOMS TAX INVOICE made out to D.H.L. MOROCCO at the 150 EUROS rate, and effectively because its counterpart, D.H.L. UNITED STATES AND SUBSIDIARIES FAILED to provide, both before, and after the shipment, the appropriate CUSTOMS DECLARATION FORM convention, an issue that MR. SMOLIK'S redoubled legal negligence has only further compounded, and rendered an intentional PRIVATE Tort at the sole liability of D.H.L. alone, and NONE unto individual recipient/sender, whose legal position, is clearly superior, over and against that of any other in the arrangement.

Once this OFFICIAL INVOICE from the MOROCCANS are received, as instructed, I shall initiate DIRECT payment commitment to this sum to D.H.L. *******, AND demand inter-bank internal reimbursement within the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA from D.H.L. *************, purely as a courtesy.

There is no other " protocol ", since it is D.H.L. UNITED STATES that cares not to adhere to standard protocol, just as " MOROCCO " has no public law of responsibility, and only deserves to be dishonored, and no one is honoring their behavior on their own principle. We are CORRECTING our own errors, and as THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, and even this " WE " is exceedingly generous, and imaginative.

MS. ***** HARBRUCKER is internally cc'ed, and is requested to offer deliberations appropriate to the B.B.B. consumer reporting legal convention.

This company lost or stole a package that were supposed to deliver. Instead, they say that i cannot request an "investigation" until they stop updating the status for 2 weeks. Then they set their website to update with the current time every time it has refreshed, so the 2 weeks will never pass.

I ordered a limited edition item from a vendor that ships from Europe. The item shipped on April 25th, 2023 and the last scan was on April 27th, 2023. There have been no further updates by DHL on this package. The last scan shows that it was at their facility in *******. Since this was our first time importing from *****, we wanted to simplify as much as possible. In that spirit we decided to use *** as our forwarder, it was much more expensive than by sea, but they provided a quote with all the charges included, a 13 day airport-to-door delivery and the *** reputation. What a mistake! It all started looking good, I got a quote that transformed into a booking:PLACE OF ACCEPTANCE | NGB PLACE OF DELIVERY | ************- To -Door | 13 days delivery So far so good. Being our first import from ***** I was proactive and wanted to be sure everything was lined up before the shipment was ready to be delivered to *** in ***** so I contacted *** and provided all the documentation. Then the issues begin. First they contacted the factory without my permission and asked them to deliver in ******** instead of NGB. My factory contacted me ****** because that was not in our contract. Then, after they accepted the cargo in NGB they asked me to pay for the trucking to ******** because NGB is not an international airport. I told them that my booking clearly states *********** as the place of acceptance, but they insisted. They shipped the cargo 10 days later because the planes were full, even if I had a booking. Then, it shows as "awaitng clearance" for a few days so I contacted ***. I was asked to provide all the already presented documentation again, Six days passed and the shipment still in customs so I contact *** again: What is the tariff number? they asked. They had that information over a month before. All the documentation that I already provided was missing and if I hadn't initiated contact the cargo would seat there forever. It took 5 weeks to deliver not 13 days. 2 months later I am contacted by a *** collector regarding pending invoice, she admitted that *** didn't send the invoice because they didn't have my email. Now they want to charge me more than the quote including double charging clearance fees.
