    Hello,

    First and foremost, we want to apologize to the customer for any inconvenience this may have caused. After investigating the customer's case further, we found that on July 15, 2024, when the customer contacted us to report issues with the model G9 Pro, the customer was offered the option to trade in that device since his device was already out of warranty. However, the customer received incorrect information via email, stating that they would only need to pay $30.00 for the new model; this email was sent just one time to the customer. 

    On August 2, 2024, the customer contacted us again. This time, the customer spoke with several of our agents as well as one of our supervisors, who provided the correct trade-in information via email. The customer acknowledged receiving this email, which stated that we could offer a trade-in credit of $30.00 towards the purchase of a new device. Attached to the email was a PDF with the **** values for all the different models available for trade-in.

    The customer reached out again on August 30, 2024, still under the impression that the only cost for a new device was $30.00. Multiple agents informed the customer that this was a mistake, and the customer also spoke with a supervisor who confirmed the same information. Since then, the customer has emailed us a few more times, and we have consistently relayed the same information. We apologize to the customer but unfortunately, we cannot alter the **** of a device due to a typo.

    First, we want to offer the customer our sincere apologies once again. Contrary to the customer's claim that our ********************** sent multiple emails stating he would only have to pay $30.00 for a new device, our records indicate that this email was sent only once, on 07/15/2024. Additionally, the customer was provided with an email containing the correct trade-in information, which clearly stated that we would offer a trade-in credit of $30.00 toward the purchase of a new device.
    During one of the customers contacts with us, he informed one of our supervisors that he was unwilling to pay the **** for the device he chose after the supervisor explained that the initial email he had received contained incorrect information. The customer claimed he never received the email with the correct trade-in information, but our records show that it was sent. The customer even acknowledged that he would review the information in the *** attached to the email, which contained all available models for him to choose from, as well as the **** for each model. At that time, the customer was informed that other options were available that were less expensive than the one he wanted. We apologize to the customer, but as previously stated, we cannot alter the **** of a device due to a typo.

    I was issued a government phone. The phone that was issued was of very inferior quality. In the middle of a conversation the phone begins to reboot. Connecting to the internet is troublesome. I contact the phone company who fails to do anything and then Blu Products who tells me to contact the provider. During the time this was going on, the warranty from the provider ends, but I have a one year warranty on the product. The box clearly outlines my rights to contact the manufacturer. I went back and forth with them for a half dozen times. My one year warranty has not been honored and I have a faulty product. Just because I have phone service through a government agency doesn't mean that you can ignore me, give me faulty products, and treat me like I'm incapable of understanding the terms of a contract.

    First off, we want to apologize to the customer for the issue they are experiencing with their device. Although ********************** offers a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty for any device purchased within the ***** government-issued devices are excluded from this warranty. In this situation, we recommend that the customer contact the government agency that issued the device to inquire about the possibility of obtaining a replacement through them. Since we do not participate in the distribution of these devices, we are unable to provide the customer with contact information for the issuing agency.

    The customer might be able to determine which agency issued the device by reviewing the paperwork or documentation that came with the device. This might include a letter or form identifying the issuing agency. The customer can also review any correspondence or communication received regarding the device, such as emails or text messages. Another step the customer can take is to contact their service provider by dialing 611 on their device. Once again, we offer our apologies to the customer and hope they are able to resolve the issue.

    We want to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. As previously stated and communicated during the customers previous contacts with us, government-issued devices are excluded from our limited warranty. When government-issued devices are distributed, the customer does not receive any proof of purchase or receipt from the issuing government agency. Valid proof of purchase is required to proceed with a warranty claim. Without valid proof of purchase, only an out-of-warranty repair can be offered, which means the customer would need to cover the cost of the device repairs; this option has been provided in the past during previous contacts. It is recommended that the customer contact their service provider by dialing 611 on the device, as the provider may be able to offer further assistance with the warranty claim. Once again, we apologize and hope the issue can be resolved.

    I have been making my complaint to Assurance and Blu Products since I've gotten the device.  And you both keep telling me to go to the other until the limited warranty that Assurance has ran out.  Without doing anything but tell me to go to the other company you have given me a defective device.  You dont need a receipt to acknowledge that you gave me a device that doesn't work.  In fact, BBB representative called me, and the device disconnected the call during our conversation.  All yu have to do is check the device.  I'm sure you can tell when it was first used.  I'm sure you know when and where this device was created.  You will find that My device is less than a year ol/d.  You will also find that it is faulty.

    False adveetising. They inflated the J8L specifications by 50% on their website versus whats on the box and the overall performance. It doesmt match specs at sll. THIS amount of "error" is false advertising. Putting this aside... I am owed s working phone. Terrible phone customer service.     I corre *** my error thst this is a J8L not J10L. The specifications for the price under the free phone thing I got from the county are not fair. A 2mp camera? 720 p? What is this 2008? For fourty dollars more at this company I can get a 50mp camera on one of their models at blu.

    Its me a customer hello? I got duped into paying full price for their phone minus free servive monthly under a thing called "food stamps". This company allows their prodicts to be sold to poor /indingent people.

    The new photos i uploaded show a fake photo because the quality is 2mp/5mp and thst goes back to 1998... in digital camera tech. For 60 dollars you are taking advantage of people. Used S21 go for around 125 Iphone 10/x $*****

    Ipphone 6/7/8/9 for about fifty used.

    Under the program for people who use food stamps brand new ******* 9/10 are ***** and Iphone 15 are$ 250/Samsung flip.

    The free phone called blu mini for some reason was never given to me even though I qualify. A seperate issue I will take up with bbb.

    The issue there is I know of that phone because I bought a blu phone nearly a decade ago with the 5000 mah battery option. Around then the average cheap phone had the specs these phones do... quad cores 2 gb ram 2mp 5mp cameralow storage.

     

    No. This is predatory practice. The photo quality is fraud. Thr immigration challenged persons are being taken advantage of as well who share the status of food stamps I do. I watched them get chatged full price for these phones ehich cannot legally or leiterally keep up with apps on the 13 android platform. Brand mew the phone stalled just opening ******** (where ads played just to open ********* unique and unjust constitutional equal rights issues on the J8L)

    We gotta lotta problems upon correcting my j10L claim.

     

    The maximum phones they sell at BLU kick **** for the price and meet specs for current market. But . Are only 80-125$ So I got at best a.$10 ten dollar phone for sixty. These (this j8L PHONES) cant be marketed due to the law on market value- AND THEY KNOWINGLY FRAUDULIZE THE ***** / PERFORMANCE RESULTS.

    FRAUD. ALL OF IT . I TRIPLE MY REQUEST TO 1800.

    (POST finding that thry advertise the weak 2000mah 2008 level battery but fake quality photos. The photo quality - the colors blur and look like a moving pictures blur if standing still- the photo item needs to be one foot away for a visible picture, yet they have a 4k photp and vivid colors on their website)

    All they did is build a shell /phone body to look modern and used cheap screen processor and cameras.

    (Remember the phone freezes swapping between texting apps or ********? (Just loading ********)

    Um. I dont think I can get a refund from the place I bought it from. Which blu happily contracts with. Thats fraud again. (Sub contractor or not) This was outside a governmemt building too touching the premise of the buikding and sponsored by the food stsmps building. This is federal level fraud.

    I have certain men that plot is lottery money they have stolen from me, and they have been hacking my phone with government phones one of them is this company and also trying to connect my devices to devices that is from the place where I bought my phone from in miami fl, to make it look like I had a governement phone, anit never had one with this company or tru connect or sky or safelink or lifeline and any other comapny, i am reporting it cause trying to committ larceny by hackeing my phones and devices, check yall enternet or wifi and bluetooth tower line to see if my name is afflaited at all with your company..........     Firstly,we want to apologize to the customer for the issues they are experiencing.However, we think the customer is filing this complaint with the wrong company.We are BLU Products an unlocked phone manufacturer that sells unlocked devices,but we do not provide service such as Lifeline or Safelink. Therefore, we cannot search for the customers information as we dont register customers because we dont provide any service. If the customer believes she is being hacked, we recommend she contact the *** Program which is the government branch that registers all customers for the service. Having said that, we would not be able to assist the customer with this issue as ********************** does not have any information on the customer whatsoever. If theres anything else we can clear up for the customer, please let us know.

    Hello,

    First and foremost, we want to apologize to the customer for the issues they are experiencing with their device. However, when searching through our system, we noticed we have already created a warranty claim for the customer, we are just pending on the invoice for the device that was purchased. Unfortunately,without a valid proof of purchase, we cannot move forward in the warranty claim process. We know the customer previously sent a screenshot of a page on Amazon but that does not state what device was purchased, the date it was, or any of the information we need. Please note for a proof of purchase to be valid the invoice must contain the following:

    Date of purchase
    Phone model/IMEI number
    Sellers information (Store name or website, store address, & store phone number)

    The customer should be able to download their invoice in the orders section of their Amazon account. Once we receive this document, we can move forward with the warranty claim and provide the customers the instructions on how to send in their device. If the customer needs anything else, please let us know.

    Bought the phone in August 2022 from Target in Miami. Had ongoing issues with the phone but had gone to ****** to work. Fixed the major problem of turning on by putting fingerprint reader active.Tried calling the phone numbers online but they either didn't work or a voice would say nobody was available to answer or even to leave a message.Came back to ****** (I am ********) to work here. When I landed in ****** the phone stopped working.When I landed in ******* went to a tech I know and he took the phone apart. Interesting there as a very think metal plate over the battery with 6 screws holing it is place. Very peculiar he said. Took the plate off and said the plate has stopped the battery from expanding any further thus exploding.Finally found a phone number to BLU Phones through another online sight and I got a Lady. explained the situation and asked how I could get a replacement battery as I could not find a replacement online.She informed me that they had stopped ordering batteries to be made January 2022 - 7 months before I bought the phone.She told me the company had some strange customer service policies and asked ho I had gotten her phone number. She said nothing I can do and nobody else to talk to - have a god day and hung up A lousy company, glad the phone battery did not blow up or catch fire especially at ****** feet.Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint Have a great weekend - it is coming

We arent sure who the customer spoke to regarding parts considering, we have no previous record of the customer contacting us prior to November *********. However, we would be more than happy to explain our policies and attempt to find a solution for the customer. Normally, we offer a 1 year limited warranty for devices purchased within the U.S. If the customer has already exceeded the warranty policy for their device, we offer out of warranty repairs at a cost. Unfortunately, we do not sell parts to customers as we dont recommend repairs be done by anyone other than a BLU certified technician.

    Considering the situation, we would be more than happy to process an out of warranty repair for the customer and get their device repaired and sent back to them as soon as possible. Regretfully, we would be unable to comply with the customers request for a refund seeing as, not only did they not purchase from us directly but, a significant amount of time has passed since the purchase date.  If the customer does wish to proceed with an out of warranty repair, please advise and we would be happy to move forward with.

    I just purchased a Blu G91S from Pure Talk. The phone barely charges using the charger and cable it came with or other charger/cables that I own. It takes on average 10 hours to charge just 10% of the battery. I have tried to contact ***, to no avail. The tech support contact form keeps saying "error" each of the 10 times I tried to submit it. Then I tried calling two numbers listed on the website: ************ and ************. Both numbers say: "Announcement, no one is available to take your call" and then it disconnects. What kind of way is this to run a company? I need either a new phone or a new charger/cable set. I use my phone for work and am on a very fixed income and cannot afford to put out money to return this phone and shouldn't have to, since it's their product, not mine.

Therefore, if the customer wishes to speak to someone from our Tech Support team, it would need to be within those hours.     aug 5 2022 purchased a blu f91 5g phone. It stopped working in Dec. can won't stay on network and goes to emergency calls only and no internet.. The sim car in my phone is still good because I used it on a old phone and I went to my carrier who said the phone is bad. I emailed the company and was told to send phone back and it would take a month to repair. I asked for a replacement because I use my phone for work and don't want to purchase another phone and my old phone that I tested the sim card on is over 5 years old and outdated. I even asked for a refurbished. Instead I have to send back pay to send it back and wait over a month for the phone. My phone is not that old and feel they should pay shipping or send me a replacement. not wait a month. It is an inconvience for me. This is the second blu phone my original purchase from amazon had to be exchanged because it overheated couldn't even touch the phone. battery very hot. had to exchange it within weeks. I am attaching the original receipts. my first purchase then my exchange from amazon. I think the phone is defected from the start as others have complained online about it losing network connection and going to emergency calls only.

    09/07/2022 The phone I bought thru ******* would hang up on callers. I sent it back making sure that I removed my personal code from the phone I never heard from them in a month. I contacted them and they claimed that I didn't remove the code but I know I did. They never refunded my money. It wasn't my phone service because I bought a ******* phone and didn't have any problems

    We want to start off by apologizing to the customer profusely for the inconvenience they had to experience with our device. However, considering we dont sell directly to customers, we recommend the customer contact the retailer they purchased the device with. This complaint has been sent directly to BLU Products and we are simply the manufacturer. We dont ever process transactions with customers, therefore, would be unable to provide a refund. Once again, we recommend filing this complaint directly to the retailer as we never received any money or processed any sort of transaction.

    Hello,

    We completely understand the customers concern and want to assist with as much as we can. However, we have a document from an ************************ stating the customers device was sent to Breed, please see attached document. If the customer did send a device in to our headquarters,please provide us with a tracking number so we can investigate. At the moment,we have not received a device from the customer and would not be able to comply with a refund. Furthermore, even if a device was sent in to us, we would only be able to offer a warranty claim as we have not received any money from the customer and would not be able to process a refund. Once again, we recommend the customer either contact Breed or ******* directly as the transaction was performed by them and they would be the only ones that can process a refund for them.

    I purchased a BLU phone and the battery is puffing out. I asked for an exchange and was denied. I purchased it around 2021 under ******** law I have a 3 year warranty. The product is dangerous and could explode. I like a refund are replacement of a better different product thank you.

However, when searching through our system, our notes state the customer was referred to their distributor for a warranty claim. If the distributor refused to provide the customer with a warranty claim, we would be more than happy to process it on our end. Normally, customers must process warranty claims with their distributors but in the essence or providing the customer with the most immediate solution, we will gladly process it on our end. In order to process a warranty claim, we require some information from the customer. We recommend the customer contact our service line as we have already placed the notes on their previous case to move forward with a claim. Please let us know if the customer needs anything else from our end.
