  Incredibly unprofessional company. Upon inquiring about their services, the employee who was helping me out said that many things that were important to me to be removed, such as late payments, would be able to be removed within 2-4 months. At month 4 1/2 I've seen 1 inquiry be removed. I say this company is unprofessional because they attempted to take credit for another 5 inquiries that were removed from my report due to a 2-year limit that they thought I wouldn't know about. They attempted to take credit for those 5 inquiries 2 times as I attempted to complain over their lack of results. A bold attempt at a lie considering ic allied them out in it already. I also continuously got letters from TransUnion and my credit card companies saying actions would not be taken on my report due to the fact that a third-party entity (credit supreme) is attempting to take them. Credit supreme did make it clear at the beginning that they would be taking action on my behalf so this letter makes sense, but if they're going to take action upon my behalf, they could at least do it the right way, so I don't receive these letters, saying that whatever actions they're taking would not be answered by the credit companies. If the credit companies are not accepting 'credit supremes' attempts at removing things from my reports solely due to the fact that they're filing it wrong, then why am I paying them? I'm trying my best to continue with them as I know credit repair takes time and I don't want to start fresh with another company but they truly shine in their unprofessionalism and dishonesty from the beginning.

  Again, I apologize for your frustration. However, it seems your primary concern here is receiving the letters from TU which is completely normal, and we always ask our clients to share any correspondence they receive in regards to the disputes we are sending out in their behalf in order to be able to address them. As for the alleged unprofessionalism, I would once again want to speak with you verbally about this instance so that it can be addressed internally.

  Absolute scam, prolonged my services. After I complained month after month after getting fed up with no results. The 4 month they managed to take off some inquires but they know what they are doing. They did that in fact do try to keep me in their crooked program. I filed a chargeback for all of the charges because there was no results seen within the 90 days. I do no recommend going through this credit repair service with this company. All crooks and sugarcoat everything but in reality they have no clue what they are doing. They end up costing the consumer more money and more of a hassle. I am being sent to collections now after filing disputes for all of the charges. Do no SPEND your money on this company!!! They also never reach out to you Ive had to reach out many times. They switched representatives for me because the other representative had no clue what they were doing. Same thing goes for the other representative.

  When **************** first enrolled in our program, it was made clear that per CROA regulations, we cannot guarantee specific results and that credit repair is a process that takes time. Expecting a ************** of negative tiems on a credit report within a couple of months is both unrealistic, and illegal to guarantee. Despite that, we provided our services and deleted multiple hard inquiries off his report. On average our clients see improvements via deletions in the first 2-4 months, are with us for 4-6 months, and see an increase in score between ****** points upon completion of our program. **************** was with us for only 4 months- with multiple delays due to him not making monthly payments towards us on time. The fees he was charged were for the labor conducted by our team.
