I placed an order for 3 items on 7/7/24 during the Original Penguin sale offering an additional 40% off sale items with a code (Order #WOP903145). I tried multiple times to enter the code and it would not work, so I started a live chat (and as you can see in the photos I sent), I was told that I would be refunded the 40% once the items shipped. The website states that order will arrive within 2-10 days. My order was placed on the 7th and after repeated inquiries, FINALLY shipped on 7/29/24. Items arrived the next day; however, my credit card was charged for the full amount with no discount. THANK GOD I was smart enough to take photos of my chat interaction, because I requested that they send documentation of the credit discount to my email, and they told me they did. They did not. I emailed the company and the auto response said I need to reach out via the live chat. Now when I go to the site and click the link for the live chat, I am sent to a page with customer service FAQ's and no way to access the chat. There is NO customer service # and the one that is listed on my PayPal transaction is not even for THIS company (which is shady and kind of fraudulent). After spending hours trying to figure this out, I just want my refund!
