  I had new hurricane impact windows and doors installed and financed through *******. I was totally mislead and told you can pay off the loan early in partial payments which is not true. They never told me that it was a lean on my property or I would have problems refinancing or/and even selling my home. I was sold on the word that its a loan that they apply to your taxes and thats it. I guess Shame on me for not understanding the total verbiage. I guess I should be happy my job was completed unlike some others. I filled out the lawsuit form online but have no idea if we will receive a compensation. Please do not let them operate again in *******!

  My project id is: ***************** am interested in paying of the loan early however yGreen has not responded to any of my emails and when I leave a call back number on their customer service number I never get a call back.

  I was financing my windows through Ygrene. Because my job has not been completed they are not honoring the contract. I wish I wasn't the last to know that they went bankrupt on 10/3/2022. They said they notified the vendors on 10/4/2022. It would of been nice if I was advised and I could find other financing to get this job complete. I don't understand that if they had the fund when I signed in May last year where did the money go? Now the vendor who has done a poor job and after a year has still not completed the job is suing me for foreclosure on my home. I am not sure what to do at this time. I have had nothing but problems since day one.

  I was in the middle of a Impact Window project when Ygrene Energy fund sent me an email saying my financing has been cancelled because they are leaving *******.How can they legally cancel funding in the middle of a project?

  I had a roofing company come out to put another roof on in order to upgrade and prepare for a home appraisal so I could qualify for a reverse mortgage. They were polite and christians and seemingly doing their best to assist me. After my credit score was not high enough to have a loan on my own, so they say....they proceeded to find a finance company, which was Ygrene. The cost for my roof was $37,000 but the lien on my home was for $64,000, the pay off amount, which threw me over my qualifying amount to get a reverse mortgage. I feel like Ygrene is using customers to make money for their company while using or taking advantage of the system or PACE Program. In the meantime, s******* up people's financial lives. The ************************ and my lawyer are trying to assist me with how they can allow me to qualify. I need this reverse mortgage so I can remain in the home to pay off 1/3 of the home. I am so frustrated and disappointed in companies taking advantage of people.

  Ygrene has been doing business with ******* Windows and Doors even though there have been numerous complaints filed against ******* Windows and Doors. ******* Windows and Doors has messed up in every stage of the installation of our $25,000 worth hurricane windows and doors. Ygrene paid ******* Windows and Doors before the project was done and ******* Windows and Doors has been slow to rectify the issues. Its been 16 months since we signed the contract and Ygrene just allows it to happen. Dont trust Ygrene.

  When I purchased my solar the total price was $6222907 There was a Tax Lien put on my taxes which I did not know. After paying $735054 a year for over 4 years in taxes I put in a request for a payoff quote. It came back at $62 thousand ??? Where did the money go to.

  We had a roof done in 2017....We found this company, "*******" which was an ad on a billboard....Two men showed up and tried to explain what a great deal it was to have this company do the roof on a small commercial building we had.Each time we spoke with a ********************, the cost changed...By the time the contract was signed, the cost of the roof had gone up to $80,000 which was a shock to discover as this was not the cost given to us. Each time we met with this man, the story of cost was different to the point the they attached a payment of $4000 to the property taxes each year which was not told.THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUDULENT ONE, AND AS A CONSUMER, FALSELY REPRESENTED ITS CONTRACT WITH **. THERE HAVE BEEN MANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS AGAINST THEM SINCE.THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO CONSIDER A STOP TO PAYMENTS OF THEIR MISCONCEIVED CONTRACT IN ORDER TO RIGHT THE NEGLIGENT MISREPRESENTATION. THEY ACTUALLY FIRED THIS MAN THAT ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THIS MAKE FALSE DEAL.
