    *********************************************** has been my Agent for a long time and have never had a problem until recently. I was unaware about the insurance. ****** has it documented that contact was made with a brown and brown in February 2022, but apparently somebody did not complete what needed to be done on either end. I never received a call or any notification and it wasn't until I received my escrow analysis showing my new payment that I realized my flood insurance had been forced for the last 10 months or so. And when trying to get the reason its so high I am being told that its a commercial insurance company. There are hundreds of insurance companies out there could have given flood insurance on my property at a comparable price to what I previously paid. I have reached out to them about writing a new policy and it has been over days and have not heard back and was told a supervisor would call me in reference to the bill that was asked for by ****** and never sent, which I find to be a problem that has cost me over $3,000 for a forced policy on my property.
