On August 6th at about 7pm I was transported by *************** Rescue to *****************************. From my building video I can see rescue personnel take me from the main building to the ambulance and along with my pusher-******. I was loaded into the ambulance however my ****** was left at the loading site. Miami **** says they left my ****** with an attendant at the scene however at 7pm on a Tuesday there are no building employees working. Therefore, who did they leave in care of my ******? Nobody seems to know, Its been two weeks trying to find my ****** nobody from the building personnel knows and Miami Dade fire rescue don't know who they left it with. Obviously, the person they left in care of my ****** has taken it and not returned it, and nobody knows who this person is? I cannot get a replacement ****** with a police report and since it technically wasn't stolen, I cannot get a report, and Miami Dade fire and rescue say they left it with somebody. How do i get a report for that? Miami Dade fire and rescue need to replace my ****** they were in care of me and my property at the time on scene.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against the paramedics of Engine 11 in ************* concerning their conduct during a medical emergency involving my then two and a half year old son. After my son suffered a severe fall, I called 911, fearing he had a broken arm and head injury. The paramedics arrived and conducted a brief visual assessment from a distance, lasting approximately one and a half minutes. Despite my urgent concerns and the 911 operators warning, they refused to provide a medical examination, render any aide, or transportation. They dismissively stated that it was impossible for my sons arm to be broken because hed fallen asleep, and only offered to place him in his car seat- ultimately refusing to stabilize or transport him.As a result, I had to drive my son to the hospital during rush hour traffic while he screamed and cried in agony for the near hour ride. He was in so much pain that he almost fainted. His injuries were later confirmed as a broken arm and a head injury. When I filed a complaint with Engine 11 later that evening, I was met with a dismissive attitude. Five months later, a supervisor finally contacted me, but only to question if I had witnesses to corroborate my story, as the paramedics falsely claimed they did not find us at the scene and did not interact with us.The behavior of the Engine 11 paramedics was unprofessional and negligent, putting my son at significant risk.

I paid my son's ambulance bill in full on July 5th of 2022 in the amount of $205.53. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue lost my check for $68.51 sent on March 26th. Instead, ******* Ambulance cashed the lost check in ***** of 2022. As a result, I have been receiving bills from Miami-Dade Fire Rescue every single month. I reached out to their customer service numbers and I was in contact with a person named ***** who told me that she would contact me when the issue was resolved. Every time I call customer service EACH MONTH, they advise that they are aware of the situation, but they cannot stop sending the bill monthly. All they do is document that I have called and nothing more. Again, I DO NOT OWE any amount as it was totally paid in full. I need for Miami-Dade Fire Rescue to make the correction, send me a statement with a zero balance and apologize for their negligence. This has caused a lot of emotional stress for me as my son has recently developed epilepsy that cause injuries and we have incurred much hospital debt that I work diligently to pay each month. It is extremely distressing to have paid a bill and still received statements AND not receive help for the issue in a timely manner, although I have documentation proving my claim. It feels like I am in a never-ending loop of calling, receiving bills and being met with apathy from customer service.
