12/2022 They were hired to replace my lanai roof and carport roof. The lack of workmanship was unbelievable. I would never recommend this company. They killed 2 bushes, threw garbage in my compost bin, used my very expensive bar as their workbench and on top of that, were using my step ladder. An electrician was supposed to be utilized for install 2 ceiling fans and fixing some electrical but they insisted their guy could do the work. Neither fan works and I am concerned about potential fire hazard. The lanai roof went all the way to the end of my regular roof and now it does not. They were too lazy to cut a piece and fill in where they needed to. This happened on both the lanai roof and the carport roof. Definitely do not hire these guys.

    *******,

We take your compliant seriously and our team at this time has looked further into the above details. Since this was submitted upper management reached out to you on several occasions and none of our calls were answered.

As far as the fans we were never given the opportunity to come out and assess, document the condition or fix them. Our project manager was notified that you had them fixed and we were sent a bill after the fact from an un licensed electrician you used. We as a one time courtesy gave you a discount from the balance you still owed on at the time for the work performed. When we began to ask for final payment and we let you know we would give you a credit you then began to go through our Xactimate line items in our estimate and ask for us to give back more money. Once we said this was not possible is when all these claims were officially made. One claim was that we left metal scrap everywhere and that we would be getting another bill. Attached are the final field photos of the condition that your property was left at the end of the job, which were also shared with your carrier.

Your project manager ***** has reached out on several occasions to come out to your property and review your complaints, but you have not acknowledged him at this time.

While we know there were some frustrations in the beginning of the job, since we could not share your estimate and this was a direct insurance carrier work we were just following protocols we have in place and that are required with the carriers. We stand by our work and are more then willing to come out and assess any of your complaints and deal with them accordingly. If you have any concerns at this time please reach out to your project manager ***** and he would be happy to come and meet you at your property to address any issues you may have.

    Thanks
