    I have no complaints about my experience with Carbinox. Website is easy to navigate, ordering process was straightforward, shopping was fast, and I received exactly what I ordered. What else do u want? P.S. the watch I ordered didn't fit my needs but I will definitely order a different model.

    Product is exactly as advertised, maybe better. Screen colors are vibrant and touchscreen is very responsive. Battery life seems to be good so far.

    This is a ***** company. When ordering, I selected the free shipping, which was to take around 5-7 days. On submitting my order and payment, I immediately got a "special offer" for "upgraded" processing and shipping for around $7. I stupidly paid it, and the watch arrived in the same amount of time as the free shipping. I emailed to ask what, exactly the "upgrade" was, and got no response. When the watch arrived, I opened it and found it is not for me. It is too heavy, too large and has too many complicated features. It isn't a GPS watch, unless it's within arm's reach of a cell phone. And I didn't want to download an app from this company to my cell phone - I don't need this company embedded on my phone. So I emailed to request a refund, the same day the watch arrived. That was on 4/21/25, it is now 5/3/25 and I have heard nothing. I have re-emailed them twice since then and have been ignored. Their return guidance says to call for instructions, to not simply mail it back, but I'm still waiting for those instructions. It should have been a red flag that they don't accept PayPal, because PayPal is great when you need a refund on something. This watch is new in the box, I didn't even attach the band, so it would still be worth something to the company. I have been inundated with junk email from Carbinox since I ordered this watch - sales pitches, "special offers", even an invitation to leave a review, but nobody wants to refund my money. If you do order, buy from Amazon because then you can get your money back if needed. They claim a money back guarantee, guaranteed satisfaction, etc, but that has proven to be a nonsensical claim.

    Great customer service, I had an issue with placing my order. Actually, I thought I had ordered but I had not. **************** did everything possible to find my order. Once we realized that I had placed an order, they walked me through it. I received both watches, yes I ordered two, and I love it. One is going to my brother when u go home in a couple months. Watch is so easy to navigate and use, even for me. Get yourself one (or two), you wont be disappointed

    Great products! I have purchased two watches and the sun glasses. No issues with either order, came in on time. Products are packaged very well. Also watches are easy to setup and operate. I would definitely recommend these products and company to anyone curious and in the market for what the company offers.

    I purchased the Blaze type S watch from Carbonox and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. The watch was delivered a few days before schedule. Great watch with wonderful features and it doesn't feel cheap. Holds charge real good. I will purchase another from them in future.
