I am senior living in ****** but I own a condominium property managed by KW Property Management *** since 2016 in ****************************************************************************************** .I pay my monthly maintenance and special assessment payments on a regular basis , and send the cheques at least 2-3 weeks before they are due to ensure that they receive them in time. KW Management has nevered acknowledge receipt of my payment.;however, they sent me a late notice once in 2022 stating that I owe them $710.00 in late payments . I have been trying to fight this charge ever since by contacting the Property Manager onsite, contacting the ***************** of Directors and the actual KW ************** the property manager acknowledged that she would look after it and I took her at her word - in the meantime when I called to check my account recently ( as I do not hear back from anyone) I found out that they have continued to charge me late fees since April of 2022 until today. These billing charges are unconscionable, unfair and despicable and they do not return my calls or answer my emails. They have overcharged me upwards of $725 plus interest and they continue to charge unfairly and continue to charge me late fees. This is a horrible company that preys on vulnerable seniors, does not communicate with people and operates negligently and with ignorance. I see that there are other complaints that have been registered by unfair billing practices and I hope that the BBB will do something to protect people from this terrible company. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me and others who have been unfairly and unjustly treated by this company to refund our unfair overpayments.
