    Feb 2023 - I purchased online a B5.2 procedure. What was provided was an old revision-2001 when a newer 2018 was not shown to purchase. Deceptive online policy. Now if I want the newer version - I will have to purchase another for $75. Our Company has been a member for years-nothing offered to members - no consideration, no corrections, no caring about the customer - resulting in the *** rating. Problem? Your problem. Be advised and avoid business. I don't like the fact that I have to give at least 1 star to complete this review. I would not leave any stars for rating.

    I paid for the training to become a CWI. I was baffled when the course date was changed and the date was on a Sunday instead of Monday. I missed the course and was told no refund. The instructor at the union hall said that same thing happened to another student on the same class. The old clerk I worked with no longer worked there and the new guy made it seem hard to get a refund. Eventually he said ok I mailed in expensive books and never received a refund. 3,400$ sticker shocker!

    The certification department admitted they intentionally do not complete applications of people who have complaints about their service and website
