    On February 10, 2021, I purchased roll up blinds for my den for $1,970.94 from Palace Interior. The problem started when I first received the blinds. On one section of the room, there are "3" separate roller-up blinds that covers the windows, which is about 15 feet long. I noticed on the first blind there was a tear in the fabric. The installer advised that that particular roller blind can be replaced without removing the whole section. This is where all the problems began. And I would like to note that there was a different installer that came to my residence, and each one notes for the repairs were always different than what needed to be done to correct the problem. So, when the defective blind was sent back for repairs and returned to my residents, it was too short in length. Somehow the measurements for my blinds were incorrect and the new installer could not install those blinds. I would like to note on this particular occasion it took about "6" months because I was informed that installer who installed the blinds no longer works for the company and somehow my repair order never was process. Well, they finally got the length correct but the blind had the wrong color draw sting, wrong color bottom strip, and the blinds curled in on the ends. They replaced the draw string and bottom plate with the correct color but they would not address the defected blinds. A installer first came out with the same color draw string the was the wrong color. Another installer came out to my house a different day with the correct color draw string but without the bottom brown strip. A different installer came out to my house with the correct bottom brown strip. Each time the installers would come to my house, I would address the defective curl blind and they all had the same answer, that they were only out to my home for whatever reason they were there for but never to replace the blind. I sent photos to Palace Interiors of the blinds on 1/20/22 & 2/11/22 to their What's App.

    Two years ago I installed the Zebra Blinds with Palace Interior Design I paid $1150.00 I first had to replaced the Living Room because the material was rotten they said they were given me a discount and I had to paid $450.00 again, like a month ago the kitchen blinds just ripped apart the salesman went and tried to implied that it was my fault and tried again to give me discount, i told him I wasn't spending another ***** on them and las night the one that was replaced in the living room just ripped apart when closing it and i have been a customer of theirs for over thirty years, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE YOU WILL REGRET IT.
