      Contractor -- **** ***** (J&J Quality Air)(license ********* were engaged to specify and then install two entire new systems in the house remodel for property at ********************************* Despite repeated complaints, ***** assured the ** and homeowners that all work had been performed in a workmanlike manner. Subsequently, homeowners had the project inspected and defects too numerous to entirely list out were dicsovered. They included:1. supply lines in crawl not installed using crawl space rated materials;2. presence of mold (microbial growth) on new supplpy and return lines due to improper mitigation of humidity and spaces installed in;3. failure to properly install supply lines in *****, resulting in supply and return lines lying on dirt and not properly connected to vents, allowing air to empty into the crawl;4. failure to properly connect dryer vent;5. Failure to properly install (after notice given) condensation line causing damage to 2nd floor bedrooms (including mold);6. failure to install supply lines correctly in *****, resulting in gaps in supply lines;7 failure to vent bath fan properly through sealed attic;8 failure to propertly install A/C Handler and motor;9. failure to properly seal off suppply lines in *****
