    I ordered three trays of what was shown to be five grapefruits and six honey bells. That would be a total of 15 grapefruits only eight came. When I called, I was told oh when you get three trays its totally different than the one tray. Nowhere did it say anything about that. On top of that, the lady gave me an attitude when I called. I ordered about $600 for different people for Christmas gifts all the same issue Thatll be the last time. ***** and ***** next year.

    I apologize for the unsatisfactory experience that you encountered. By the photos, you were expecting 18 Honeybells and 15 Grapefruit. You received 24 Honeybells and 8 Grapefruit. Thank you for calling this to my attention. I will also address any internal issues regarding customer service. I also see that you were shipped a case containing 8 Grapefruit to make up for the ones that you were expecting. While that doesn't make up for the frustration, I hope that you do enjoy the fruit .

    I placed 2 orders in Dec and Jan for Navels and Honeybells. BOTH were not sweet and the Navels were not juicy. I complained and they sent replacement order for navels which were good. I complained in writing twice about the Honeybells and received NO reply.

    I am sorry that the Honeybells that you received were not sweet. Unfortunately, sometimes rain before harvesting dilutes the sugar content. Regardless, we want you to be happy with your purchase. I did not find the two written responses that you sent letting us know about your dissatisfaction with the honeybells. If you ever do not receive a response after contacting us with an issue, please call us and ask for a supervisor to assist *************). We value you as our customer and want you to be satisfied with our products and service. We will be sending you a replacement order for the honeybells.

    I have been loyal customer but this year not to happy.Ordered honey bells as I do yearly.I sent to my daughter and had to call to have replacement sent.Honey bells were brownish yellow and looked old.The replacement order was even worse.Many were brown and split open.I have since got a full refund.Maybe just a bad year for crop.

    Unfortunately, this year's crop started off with less-than-ideal characteristics. The overall color was more yellow than orange, but the internal flavor was great. I am sorry that you had a terrible experience with the honeybells that you purchased. We grow and source honeybells from many areas. The ones that we are now picking are much prettier on the outside than the early ones and taste very good. I will send you and your daughter a box so that you can see that we want you to happy with your purchase and will try to always make it right if this perishable item does not arrive in optimum condition.     Ive been buying oranges from Dundee for years and love them.They always send beautiful fruit and if its not, they replace it.My friends and family are so excited when they receive their fruit!Thanks for great customer service.

    my order arrived on the 19 of jan. as ordered no problem i ate two oranges out of my order i was not happy at all instead of being sweet as you company stated they were very bitter not happy at all.i can not eat any more have to throw away the balance tested a third orange same problem they were to be honey bell not what was shipped i ordered from you before this is one big s**** up not happy at all

    We recently ordered the ************* Plan and a Grand Slam Basket. While the basket was great, we have received only two months of the sweeties plan (navel sweeties and honeybell sweeties) and have received sour navel sweeties with thick skins that taste like juice oranges and a container of rotten, squishy honeybell sweeties. One of the honeybells had fungus growing on it. I am incredibly disappointed with my experience and think that the quality control is non-existent at this company. I would have been better off shopping at any chain grocery store for what I received.

    I am happy to hear that the Grand Slam Basket that you ordered was great. I am disappointed that the Navel and ********* Sweeties that you received were not good. We stand behind our products and we want you to be happy with the fruit that you receive. I do not see that you contacted us to let us know about your dissatisfaction. I am sending you replacements for the fruit that you previously ordered that was not good. Please contact us to let us know if your ever encounter an issue that you are not 100% satisfied with.     Ordered 2 valentine (honeybells) specials and added 2 (16 oz) jars of orange marmalade to each order. The 16 oz jars are pictured in the product ad. Then it was a bait and switch. Each order contained 2 tiny jars that were only 3 ounces each. Not what was advertised. Very disappointing.

    I ordered citrus on January 4 to be sent to Pennsylvania for my mother’s 90th birthday. As of today January 19 after making two calls they tell me the order had to be pushed back after the first call and I requested a supervisor to return my call they never did call me back. I will never order from them again, and I would hope this would at least deter anyone else from trusting a company of the size

    We are sorry that we did not handle this order in the way that we should have. We had a delay in harvesting and should have conveyed that message in order to give the customer the opportunity to ship another item to make the birthday deadline. A credit was given back to the customer.

    I ordered 3 shipments for my parents (December, January, February) they shipped two December shipments instead of the February one. I have called three times and been on hold for 45 minutes each time and finally hung up - so i have no way to remedy my situation. Furthermore one of the shipments had rotten oranges. Product is not good and the customer service doesnt exist.

    We made a mistake on the delivery date for the customer's first shipment when entering the order. The customer received the order in December. We reentered the order to ship in February at no charge. When the customer called to report this in December, we had long call wait times, which caused frustration. We are working on solutions to provide faster service and shorten wait times on the phone.
