      This company keeps enrolling me with out my consent and knowledge. I have never heard of this company. I cancelled once with them and now received another email stating I am enrolled again. I am filing a complaint with Bbb. And I am now getting an attorney.

      Classic bait and switch. I signed up for a fixed three month rate which was a decent offer that was to go to the market rate upon the conclusion of the three month term. Apparently their version of the market rate is almost triple what my local power company charges for market rate. I canceled as soon as I got a sky high bill and will never use this company again.

      Prices are outrageous. Cancelled with them last month and was still charged again this month. Would not recommend to anyone!

      TEERIBLE....RUN AWAY... we signed up based on their great rates right off the bat. Never have I ever had so many phone calls from a power supplier. Actually most suppliers NEVER contact me by phone! They will change the number they call from, call many times in a row, one right after another. Especially while I am **** work! Trying to get me to sign up for a locked in rate once contract was over. I had told them no so many times, but they don't take that as an answer. I thought switching suppliers would alleviate this problem, however they called a few days after, again interrupting my job, calling 3 times in a row! Will never switch back to them! This company is terrible!

      This company scammed my 92 year old mother into paying over $2400 extra for her electricity over the last 18 months. She was a likely victim being old and blind and susceptible to scammers but that is no excuse for the exploitative behavior of this company. I don't know why they are not being shut down.

      Phone call harassment from this company. On the first call, I respectfully declined any type of offer and told the person on the other end to have a nice day. Same employee from American Power & Gas (Jeff) called back two additional times within 1 minute; calling each time from a different number and unable to accept a respectful declination. Basically he said I will continue to receive calls until I choose a supplier (which now wouldn't be this company if it were the only one available.) It feels a lot like a phishing expedition or scam to me. ******Warning to others*****

      Bait and switch. I was automatically switched from the advertised rate I selected to a higher rate. I tried to resolved on the website, but the "contact us" submit ****** didn't work. Then I received a call asking me to lock in a rate that was double the originally advertised option. When I asked to be transferred to customer service, the advertiser hung up on me. Avoid this company!

      The local utility company is charging .06 cents per kwh and American Power & Gas is charging .20 cents per kwh. They are obviously overcharging their customers as I cannot be the only one. The only deserve negative stars.

      ****** is knowledgeable, pleasant and diligent in her work. I'm so glad she's diligent as I can easily lose important documents or become distracted. She gently reminded me periodically that there were invoices or other papers that needed my attention and to be sent to her. With her help and stick to it-ness, I was able to complete all the information, etc. to make our transfer to AP&G complete. She was so good at her job, I even changed to AP&G for my home energy supplier as well. Keep her happy in her job, she's a big asset to AP&G!

      SCAM! Absolutely the worst thing ever. They came to my business (rep said that wasn't possible but its the only way it would have happened) and said they would save me money on my electric bill. Sounds great, right? Well, after months of falling behind on my electric bill, i finally realized that my rates didn't go up, it was American Power & Gas charging me 360% of what I should have been paying. The going rate for a kWh of electricity in upstate NY is .049 - they are charging me upwards of .2717
