    I started consigning with New4You Consignments in ******* ******* in February 2024. Since consigning, New4You has sold many of my items and has never paid me. The contract with the store states that **** the owner pays the week of the 5th following the previous months sales. He has never sent me a check, ever, but I thought he sent me one and somehow the check was lost in the mail. I get a Daily Digest from **** which shows every piece of mail I receive the morning I am to receive it. A check from New4You has never been in my mail feed. Since I still haven't received a check for any of my sales in ANY month and **** at New4You has my correct address, I now know that he has never paid me. I recently found out through online forums, that he has been dishonest with other consignors. This is scary since it appears to be somewhat common. He has made money off my items and I would like to be paid per our agreement, 50 percent of the selling price of my items. I started to feel something funny was going on before I left in April to go back to ******** where I live half the year. I thoroughly went through the store and noticed many of my items were gone. I asked him for an update, yet none of the missing (sold) items in April appeared on the sales sheet until May. Apparently he didn't give me credit for those items in April so that he didn't have to pay in May. Those missing items showed up as sold in May. He never sent a check again for those items. He has thoroughly cheated me, probably because he feels I won't do anything since I am retired. Another dishonest business owner that is preying on older people. I would like to receive the money I am owed.

    The item I purchased was damaged but did not inform me, instead informed the delivery people. Upon delivery the item was in 6 pieces. The owner blamed the delivery people, the delivery people blamed the owner, in the mean time I'm out of $150 and everyone got their piece of the pie except me. When I brought it to the owners attention he became offended and quickly went to the don't call me anymore or I'll call the police routine. Note this was my initial messaging of the owner and our conversation was about 10 minutes into 4 lines of text messages. Instead of listening he acted as if I was bothering and harassing him. If this is the way he deals with people then people need to be aware.
