Firstly, we would like to clarify that any confusion you experienced was limited to a bug in the initial order confirmation email you received after placing your order. However, the charges to your card were accurate, reflecting the correct retail prices and promotions at the time of your purchase. This was confirmed during the recent chargeback process, where we provided detailed explanations and documentation, including date-stamped screenshots, receipts, and promotional information related to your transaction. The chargeback was resolved in our favor, confirming that there was no overcharging.
We responded to your previous email inquiries with clear explanations, contrary to the claims in your review. We are concerned that your review contains false statements about our business practices. We take these matters seriously as they can mislead other customers and harm our reputation.
