Cray Construction of ****** ** took $7,523.27 and did NOT complete the job that he was contracted to complete. Cray Construction of ****** ** is sending threatening emails and messages stating that he is going to file a lien on my home despite signing a Waiver and Release of Lien upon Final Payment as prescribed by section ****** of the ******* Statues. Cray Construction of *************** has been attempting to extort me for more money after signing a Waiver and Release of Lien upon Final Payment by threatening to put a lien on my home. The job was started on 9 October with an estimated completion date of 2 weeks later on 23 October. 47 days later on 24 November, Cray Construction of *************** aggressively stated that the contracted job is complete. Throughout the duration of Cray Constructions time while working I have been very transparent and sent him pictures, emails and text message of what is not complete as per our contract. I have also attempted walkthroughs with Cray Construction of ****** ** in person and that is when he became aggressive to the point that I do not feel safe to welcome him back onto my property even if he was willing to finish the job that he is contracted to complete. I have a quote from a licensed and insured contractor of what it would take to finish the job that Cray Construction of ****** ** did not complete.

    Business Response

    *********************

I believe the person responsible for these actions are from the person I sold my **** ***** Express.  Same person complained to me about this person and I listened; however, *************************** does not work for me nor is he my agent.

I fear ******** misrepresented himself.  Furthermore, my business is conducted exclusivelybin ****** Co.  In fact, can't remember the last time I was in the ******** area.

If need be, the *** on my phone can attest to it.  As a matter of fact, ******** was a tenant in a house I used to own in ****** Co.  I have just recently evicted him due to severe damage to the property.  The new owners are planning on repairing the damages.  Closing was today.

I suggest she contact the **** to persue her complaint.

    Truly,
