I purchased a new home and bought three 12k btu's stand alone air conditioners for each of those rooms as it did not come with central heat or air. Some rooms already had window units but I find those distasteful and did not want those in those bedrooms. When any of the units were put on medium or high the breakers would shut off. I found Top Flight and had them come out to tell me how we could fix the situation. They came out and told me that the problem was the amount of amps was too much on the line or circuit they were on and that I needed to update my breaker box along with adding separate lines to each ac and that would fix the problem. They ran a credit check and they salesman said I qualified for ANY SERVICE they had to offer. I said I want whatever service will fix the problem for the least cost obviously. He stated what would fix the problem and it was few thousand dollars and my payment for that was only $32 per month. Sounded great so I agreed and financed the project. After completing the project the problem had not changed AT ALL. The same exact issue persisted and the person told me he would give the info to the owner and I would hear back from them. Since that time I have called and left messages with their receptionist, replied to the emails they send non stop and NEVER have I gotten a call back. 2 of those air conditioners burnt out and I put them in my storage shed and I had to purchase 2 more acs. Also 2 tvs in those rooms also got burnt out. Both plugs burnt. The money I spent is on my credit and the issue was not fixed, even a little and has cost me ADDITIONAL monies to replace those units. I basically just donated thousands of dollars at my expense and am still living w the same issues. What upsets me the most is the several times I've called and left messages and NO ONE ever calls me back or even replies to my emails. I want the problem fixed or this removed off my credit. My next step is to take them to small claims court if they continue to not respond.
