I love Scott & Lulu's mobile pet grooming. I have a very anxious Boston Terrier. Winston can be a pill. Scott has ALWAYS taken the time Win needs to feel comfortable and less stressed before servicing him. He trims his nails to perfection and when he bathes him he always goes the extra mile. I won't call anyone but Lulu's and I highly recommend him.

To give a one star review is actually quite generous considering the nightmare this man, Scott, has put our family through. If there was such a thing, I'd leave a negative 10. It's one thing to ask questions to be well informed. It's another to jump to conclusions and make false accusations and even go as far as calling animal control reporting animal abuse AND call the police. As a start, let me just say WE DON'T abuse our pets! Since this evil person cannot even have the heart to listen, let me just explain on here for all to see. Our dog has a medical condition due to a meningitis infection he received that left him crippled. He has had seizures after that, and we do our absolute best to care for our pets. In recent events, we have had unsuccessful scheduling of getting a successful dog groomer to our home or even going to a dog groomer for the last 2 months. We cannot cut our dogs hair ourselves. We have actually tried that and unintentionally hurt our dog because of his sensitivity from his lower back down. The fact that we were able to FINALLY get someone out to our property since we couldn't be able to physically go somewhere ourselves AND other mobile groomers have canceled on us, we were RELIEVED that finally someone could come out to our home to help with grooming our dogs hair. So when this man started making false accusations, reporting animal abuse to animal control and even going as far as calling the cops IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN, is quite infuriating. And to top it off, telling us "We need Jesus in our lives." Let me just say we do in fact have Jesus in our lives and in fact I'll quote the Bible for his glorious sake, "Judge not, lest ye be judged." -Matthew 7:1-2. To end, our veterinarian confirmed our dog was well and in fact has seen matting in the areas of concern on other dogs, just like mine, before and VOILA, has helped my family with medication and medical advice. ALSO, animal control saw that the dog was JUST FINE. It is sad that this world is coming down to people like Scott, who have absolute no time on their hands, other than to try and destroy other peoples lives and on top of that, quote the Bible and Jesus. Very hypocritical and sad. The fact that he has gone as far as to trying to destroy a families life, says a lot about him as an individual and SHOULD NOT be trusted doing business with. I have found another groomer by the way, and they too have also said, my dog is just fine and this accusation Scott has made, was completely uncalled for.
