      I ordered and paid $34.03 and $42.01 after taxes and shipping/handling charges for a custom embroidered shirt on September 29, 2022 from thefirestoreonline.com website. According to website frequently asked questions customized items take 5-7 business days to be made and are shipped which in which in 24 hours. The money was charged and deducted from my account. Since placing order it remains as awaiting fulfillment status to this day on their website and I have had zero communication with them. I have made 2 attempts to contact via message on their website and have had no communication back, as well as attempted communication by phone with no success. Upon reviewing customer reviews of the company yesterday is when I noticed that I am far from the first customer to have such experience like this and this is a repeat pattern of theirs.

      Consumer Response /* (2000, 10, 2022/11/07) */ Contacted them again today demanding refund, letting him know up front I already know all about his repeat history of doing this to other customers and letting him know sternly that if he did not issue refund I would contact the courts there in Florida where he is located to file suit, he stated again he would refund and no sooner I hung up the phone and checked, he sure enough did issue my full refund.

      I ordered a badge and paid in full. Afterwards the company requested I pay additional money in order to have the order filled. SCAM SCAM SCAM

      I ordered two DCFD hats on 10/28/2021 and paid $42.07. I sent numerous emails after months of not receiving them and was finally answered on 3/24/2022. They stated that they would issue a refund and that they had missed the order. They didn't miss my money tho. After not receiving a refund in my ****** account, I contacted them again on 7/13/2022 to which they replied that they would issue the refund back to my ****** account. This has never happened. I sent them a copy of my account showing no such refund was ever issued. They have since, quit answering my emails and calling them and getting them to answer is useless. They are crooks and thieves! I work damn hard for my money and as I get older, it is harder to come by.

      I made a purchase a in July. I have yet to receive any information regarding my order and my order status has not changed from awaiting fulfillment. Phone calls and emails sent to the company have gone unanswered. I have requested a refund with no response from the company.

      I purchased a shrit on April 6. It has not shipped yet. I ahve made 2 requestes to cancel the transaction and refund the credit card. I have recieved no answer and calls go unanswered. Email sent April 27 and May 12 with no resolution or credit.

      On January 8, 2022 I purchased a product from Firestoreonline. Order #XXXXXXX for $20.83 and with shipping cost was $26.81. Payment was deducted from my banking account shortly after. I have attempted to contact the business several times, and by several means such as phone, email, instant message and have had no reply from them. My product has not shipped, and it has been several months since order and payment were made.
