    We recently needed a heating element repair on our 11+ year old oven. The problem was diagnosed on a Friday, the new part was ordered for Monday and oven was repaired by Tuesday and took less than an hour. Technician was friendly and helpful and cleaned the area once he was finished.

    ******* did a great job and got my GE Monogram built in working again! He showed extra effort and was very courteous. Initially both ******* and ******* came out within 24 hours to diagnose the fridge, it took a couple days to get the parts but I was given the option to ship faster. Glad they were able to give me that option. Would definitely call again for service.

    I used ****.com to look for someone to repair a small leak in my washer machine. Soon after I received a number of calls from businesses which specialize in repairing washer machines. Since I didn't know any of them, I picked one randomly. The business I picked was "Appliances USA Pro. We spoke on the phone and agreed on a date and time for their tech to come to check the appliance. The appointment was scheduled for Friday, June 14th between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm.The tech showed up at 4:40 pm and I told him that it was too late to begin working on the machine and I asked them to reschedule. So we agreed on Monday, June 17th, 2024 between 9:am and 10:00 am. Once again the tech failed to show up at the time agreed upon, so I called the company and asked why their tech had once again failed to show to work on the machine. The person who answered replied that the appointment had been scheduled for the next day, Tuesday. I told him that the appointment had been made for Monday, June 17th and, if they had to change it, they should have call me to let me know of the change because they did not know if I would be available the next day.

    Hello *******,We are sorry to see this negative review on this platform, especially since you did not even use our services.We drove almost an hour to your house, informed you at 4 pm that we were on our way and you responded saying that you were there waiting.However, when we arrived, you did not want to open the door, said you would not let us in.You were aware that we were running late by 30 minutes, and in this industry, there can be delays in appointments.We still wanted to help you, but you mentioned wanting to reschedule for Monday or Tuesday.It was surprising when you called on Monday, saying the appointment was for 9 am, when we never schedule appointments at such specific times, as our time window is 3 hours.Nonetheless, we remained professional in explaining that we could not accommodate that time and that we have a set schedule.We appreciate your comment and will take measures to avoid misunderstandings in the future by being more communicative with our customers.We hope you have found a solution to your problem.Nothing more to add, thank you.Knowing all this, it is clear that your review does not contribute constructively, as you never actually experienced our service or paid for it.It seems intended to harm the reputation of those of us who are working honestly to serve and help families in ****************We hope you find a solution to your issue.Sincerely,****** (owner)
