On or about September 25th 2024 I ordered what I thought was a free trial bottle of weight loss gummys. It was a pop up add on my phone featuring ***** ********** weight loss with testimonials by the Shark Tank celebritys. When I checked out it was $37 something for the bottle. I was sent 5 bottles and charged $149.88. I didn't look at my credit card as my husband pays the bills. On October 25th I get another 5 bottles shipped to me. I then looked at my credit card bill and found another charge for $199.35. I called to get an authorization to return the package unopened. I also asked to return the 4 unopened bottles from the first order that I didn't order. I was told I couldn't return anything from the first shipment as it was past 30 days (it was 11/4). I was given an authorization number to return the last shipment. The address it was shipped back to was not the same as it had been shipped from so I had to pay $15.00 to ship it. They received it on 11/15. I called 11/21 as the return hadn't showed up yet on my credit card. I was told I would be charged a $25.00 restocking fee. I demanded the full amount back. I received " a one time only deal of 50% off the restocking fee". I received a promise of a return of $187.35. I was told that would appear on my card in 7 to 10 business days. This was a scam starting with the advertising, including the ineffective product and the sketchy business/money handling. At no time was I told I was ordering more than 1 "free" bottle and I had signed up for a continued subscription. I would like all of my money back including the postage it cost to send it back. Thank you! This company should be put out of business and made to be paid restitution.Initial Complaint

The total I paid was not the total I was told. The ad said it would be around $120. The final amount after I was charged was more than double and theres no way to contact them. Theres no total until they bill you and collect.Initial Complaint

On 8/15/24 I placed an online order for a health supplement which I thought was going to cost approx $49. I received two email alerts from the credit card company indicating my card had been charged by this company for two separate transactions. The first for $199.85 and the second for $59.85. I immediately called my credit card company to dispute the charges. I also reached out to the company who sent me two emails on 8/19/24 stating they were issuing refunds. Somewhere in between this time I received a package from this company and refused delivery to have the package returned. On or around 9/15/24, I received a letter from my credit card company requesting additional information about the charges. I emailed them a response along with the two emails from Rapid Ripped **** about issuing the refunds. I was quite surprised to receive a letter from my credit card company in October 2024 stating they had charged me based on information from Rapid Ripped Keto. I reached out to Rapid Ripped Keto within the last few weeks and their response was since I had filed a dispute with my bank that they would work directly with them to resolve. Obviously this is not the case. I see other complaints have been filed against this company and I see why. I am concerned that this is business uses false advertising in order to have people purchase their product and then when they see how much the product actually costs, the company uses these delay tactics to not refund the consumer their money. My hope is that something more then just individuals filing complaints can be done since this appears to be a pattern.Initial Complaint

Originally I was led to believe I was buying one jar of Rapid Ripped Keto Gummies for around $40. Instead, 6 jars arrived and I was charged $199.85 on 7-18-24 A month later, on 8-21-24 I was charged the same amount AGAIN, and sent another 6 jars which I never requested or ordered. Found an ad on ******** claiming ***** used these keto gummies to lose weight, and stupidly ordered what I thought was simply 1 bottle. Instead, I was charged for 1 "package" which included multiple bottles and charged me $******. It also asked if I'd like a trial of another product, which I agreed to, without realizing it would cost ANOTHER *****. So my grand total was ****** -- for what I THOUGHT was going to be 1 bottle (at $40 per bottle). Adding to this tragedy, I then was billed automatically the following month another ****** for another 5 bottles of this stuff (which doesn't work, by the way). Turns out the fine print was that it was a subscription. Called them to cancel and they said they couldn't because i didn't remove subscription "in time" but of course I didn't know it was one. I made a purchase on 4/9/2023 which was supposed to be for 2 bottles of their gummies. Instead they charged me $179 for 2 bottles of gummies and 2 bottles of detox - something I did not order. Order number AD67EF0B8F As soon as I saw the charge I attempted to contact them and reverse the charges. I tried calling the toll free number they have listed in their terms and conditions document ************ to cancel the order immediately. However, the number doesn't work - you get a recording that it is not set up for calls. Then I tried emailing the email address that sent me the confirmation -which was done within 10 minutes. But to date, I have gotten no response despite several emails. I tried searching for them online using the website attached to the confirmation (see screenshots)- and the website is not valid. While I found dozens of identical websites each had a different type of keto gummy in the picture -supreme keto, complete keto, etc. (all other aspects were identical -same images, same false claims etc.) So I found the phone number on the credit card charge and called that. I spoke with a representative named Yellow. She told me you could only cancel within one hour. I pointed out their website offered 100% moneyback guarantee and said it wouldn't ship for 24 hours and that I would receive notification when it did, which I had not, so it shouldn't have shipped yet. She would not cancel the order repeating that you have to cancel within one hour. I requested to make sure there would be no further charges -she said she sent an email confirming that. I asked her to wait while I verified receipt of the email and she said emails take 48 hours to go through and then hung up on me. I was over charged by $120 and put on a recurring charge cycle. I just want the order cancelled and no further charges.
