On July 27th, 2022, I spent $5300 to install new ** with US Air & was told have 3 years labor warranty. The owner (***) accepts the job and had his son (***) & a worker to complete the job, *** came and check the job after that. Since then, I have referred more job for *** as when we call, he usually come and fix the issue. I always paid him for the work. In late *****, the ** stop working, I texted *** and he came to check then turn the ** back on, I paid him for coming, he advised that he will be back to change a white part that connect to the inside ** later as it needs to change. He never came. As of June 28th, I noted the inside new ** that install by them is leaking a lot water. I texted *** to come over. There was no response, on June 29th, he texted & called me back & advised will have someone come, but no one showed up. Then, *** called me & tell me that he will stop by & fix the leaking. Never show up. I keep texting & calling ********** Still no one show up. I am very concern about the **, need to get it resolve as it can cause mold to my house. Pls help us to resolve it. Thank you
