      On January 10, 2025 I was in conversation with golf **************** the owner pertaining to a full rebuild of the motor in my truck.He gave me a price for labor and a price for the material, Without even knowing anything about the truck. His material price clearly included any and everything that involves a full rebuild of my motor the material cost was 3400 dollors A $2400 deposit was provided on my head with a remaining $2400 final amount of money at pick up The promise was to have my truck completed within three weeks On the fifth week, I still has not possession of my truck and I reached out to the shop with a request. Please provide me pictures or part information the damaged parts of my truck and etc., along his process of the rebuild. That request was never responded to for granted 7 1/2 weeks later, my truck still in a possession of this automotive repair shop and I reached out again for an update of my whats going on my truck at that time I receive the response with an invoice with a number of other parts that was needed For the shop so authorize their warranty for the rebuild services,The extra money consisted of ports that are clearly attached to the motor in which clearly as part of a rebuild service A verbal dispute occurred between me and and down due to the fact that I feel he was using a fraudulent scam against me by requesting more money A problem arose in in the end my wife paid the money to him just so I can get my truck back in which he promised her. Heonly had three days of work left 8 1/2 weeks ******** that deadline, I sent a message to the owner, letting him know that I was waiting to come pick my truck up on that deadline date andthen when I got there, I would like any information documents, pictures, or records of the work he did on my truck due to the fact I own a business and I wanted to submit that for my own tax Purposes. I was cussed at thru Tex messages and told me he is applying Leans on my truck and he is done

      Florida Gulf Coast Auto has had my truck for nearly a year with the excuse that the parts have been on back order from Mopar 5 months. I called multiple Mopar part retailers and all have stated they can get parts within 2 to 3 weeks. He does not respond to texts or answer the phone. I paid my bill in full when my truck was picked up January 28th of 2023.

      I have left 2 vehicles with them. Is been over 2 months and my vehicles are still not repaired. Both needed engine replacement with deposits. Hoods were damaged by the shop during a storm. No updates.
