    I ordered a snow board in Dec and on Jan 3 Rd it said delivered. No snow board ever reached me. I filed claims with *** and they took responsibility for it and approved refund and sent killer mersh forms for a refund and then they were to issue me the refund. They haven't to this day reached back out to *** according to them. PayPal got involved and killer ***** responded after 5 days with a tracking number from **** stating it was delivered on Jan 11 th and left it at that. I called **** with this tracking number and it was a 4.5 oz package that got delivered to ********** in their mailbox so it wasn't my snowboard. So here we sit again waiting on another response from them. It's been 20 days and I realize some take longer but this didn't have to take but a week except for killer mersh is slow and their mistakes is affecting me. I don't have that kind of money esp when I had to go out a purchase a snowboard for my grandson when his never showed up. Danny Duncan has enough money to wait but I don't customer service is the worst I've ever seen and if u email a second time your email go to the back of the lines it says for a response, aint that something!

    I did not get my 359.00 snow board when I ordered it but I don't blame this company, what I'm so angry about is there extremely poor customer service. I had questions and it clearly states if you email a second time your msg goes to the end of the line. So basically I have waited weeks and still haven't been able to do anything except ask 2 questions. They state their so busy it takes 2 to 3 days to get a response. They have lost me and anyone I know as future customers. If Danny is to cheap to get help I'll go elsewhere! Now my refund was approved by the shipper but I don't dare ask Danny's company about the next step as they will push me to the end of the line again.
