    Ten years ago I purchased a house in ********* and I was not provided titles for the modular home. After hurricane *** my house sustained extensive damages. I was able to sell it as is . We have postponed 2 closings, dur to that mistake from coastal title. *****, at Coastal has promised to get me duplicates titles. However, she is not being cooperative and may cost me more losses if the buyer backs out. ***** from ************** and his lawyer are also requesting titles from ***** and she is not responding. Im hoping this complaint helps coorrect the mistake from 10 years ago and motivates ***** to obtain duplicates.

    They did resolve my issues. Unfortunately, it took longer than promised and caused panic from the buyer of my house. I wouldnt recommend this title company, especially ***********
