    I'm very disappointed my State/local assessora office isn't %100 assured the landlord verify is correct. This is so unfair to be scammed so easily now days. I paid a application fee via PayPal and fill very uncomfortable this is so easy to be scammed.

    I have looked at and tried many legal document sites, but this site has been the best for property management. It is laser-focused on landlord needs and very easy to find the forms you need. On other sites, I needed to filter through hundreds of other legal forms not even remotely related to what I needed. Also working with unlimited chat assistance is nice on some other subscription services it is terribly hard to even chat or take to someone, it may take days for an email reply but ezLandlord's chat support was stellar.

    I've used this EZLandlord for years to create leases for my one rental property. I actually had to evict a tenant for the first time recently and the lawyer I used said the lease was spot on and covered us with no issues.
