    The original Trane clean effects unit was installed June 11, 2015. With a system 10 year warranty. May 12, 2021 I text/& sent pictures to Quan owner of Duct-Man Mechanical Services concerning the front panel of my clean effect unit had an error code. He stated he would call that day. I received no call. I called the office on the 13th & left a message. The 14th of May I was instructed to text a picture of the unit & they would get back with me. Someone from Duct-man would be able to come out on July 1st. They came out & was unable to fix the problem. I was then instructed to text/video to "Tim" at Duct-Man & he would get back with me. He did not. I called multiple times trying to resolve this problem. When I called other Trane authorized mechanics they wanted to know who the unit was registered to. Upon their research. They discovered is was registered to an installer at Duct-Man company & therefore could not help me under warranty. I then tried to reach back out to Duct-Man. With no response back. September the unit stop blowing cold air. After multiple attempts they returned my call. I requested the front panel be addressed & the cooling problem checked out. A compressor went in on September 24,2021. I asked for a warranty or paperwork on this supposedly new compressor. The installer said Quan would reach out to me. I asked that day to work on the front panel. Also, "Quan would get back with me." I was then asked to sign a blank screen. The installer told me it was just stating he was there that day. I never heard from Quan. I received a bill to pay for the labor & installation of the compressor with my signature transposed to a bill stating that Duct-Man preformed services to my satisfaction. I never signed that bill. I did pay 1,400 for the compressor and never heard from them again. I have the original purchase invoice & all text messages to Quan & Tim. I want the front panel replaced as it no longer works.
