              The business refused to service my oxygen machine; I suffer from COPD, and they asked me to blow through the lines. They refused to come out; they were verbally abusive to me, my daughter, and my son. The machine was putting water down my nose and throat. This is one of many occasions where they harassed me and refused service. All the reviews on ****** and Yelp are horrible. They feel they can just abuse there elderly patients and ************ a check. PLEASE stop them from doing this.

              I would not recommend them. They charged me $40.00 extra for supplies after my insurance paid what was owed. I also had no out of pocket expenses. Because I met my out of pocket expenses. The lady on phone told me I got Premium supplies and that they would not reimburse me. Every person gives you a different answer. Her last answer was you can find another supplier. I was a customer for over 10 years and that is how they treat you.
