We have a contract with this company. When you call it tells you to press zero to leave a message, you press zero and nothing happens. My septic pump is AGAIN not working, supposedly was fixed last time. It is a rather large septic tank plus we are on contract so how is it filling up? It means that we are told things are getting done but they really arent.Business Response

I have a service maintenance agreement for my septic system. I received notice on 11/27 that the air pump is not working. I contacted them 12/13 to request it be fixed and was told someone would be out that day to pick up the air pump and they would call Monday 12/16 to let me know cost of repair or replacement. No one called 12/16. No one called that entire week. I called 12/23 to inquire. I was told they were coming out 12/24. I have still not heard from anyone. My system has been left not functioning properly for a month which poses a health risk. The **************************** requires a service maintenance agreement, yet the company is lackadaisical about fixing things. I do not want to be held financially responsible for any further damage or problem with my system due to their failure to repair in time.Business Response

Company quoted me $450 for a 2 year contract to maintain and inspect my septic system. I filled out required paperwork and sent them payment. They charged my card twice for a total of $900. I 've called them 10 times over the past 2 weeks for them to refund the $450 over charge. Every time I get a lady who says they will take care of it, but nothing ever happens. The last time I called, the same lady says that the "manager" has to issue the refund and she wasn't in the office. She said she would have her do it when she came back and send me a confirmation email when complete. But that hasn't happened yet either.Business Response

July 31, 2023 I bought my home in that contract I had a permit issued for Septic system to the builder Brian Davis Backhoe contracted by builder to install and to maintain inspections til 2025 to ********************** in that contract Brian Davis Backhoe was supposed to inspect by county law the septic every 6 months...they have never inspected the septic tank. I have tried several times by phone they don't answer or respond but I keep trying over several weeks I finally get a a woman she says she will email the agreement. I received nothing today I get a summons to appear in court in ***** FL for not having the agreement transferred in my name with Brian Davis Backhoe I call them again today get the same lady she says I'll email it now, I explained to her the problem with them not inspecting and county had a court date for me because they Brian Davis Backhoe had not transferred the agreement in my name I tell her I want this emailed immediately I'm waiting for it, she said she would email right then An hour goes bye I have no email, I call back she says I'm going to do it now I said you told me that an hour ago please email me the agreement... Needless to say she never emailed the agreement. I called another Septic inspector they are coming next week. I must pay them $250 which should be free under my contract with Brian Davis Backhoe but since I'm being suited by ************** I need this done immediately so I can show county I am in compliance I am paying another company to inspect and be compliant. Because Brian Davis Backhoe breached the contract. I researched reviews of Brian Davis Backhoe on ****** many complaints and all the same as my complaint with other homeowners.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: Brevard County needs the maintenance agreement which is to be sent by Brain Davis to county, that ***** gave My Name on it. Brian Davis never sent them the correct information it has The Builders name they should have my name on the paperwork, That's what I've been requesting for months now! This shows my complaint that they still have not rectified the issue and the county is suiting me because of their failure to add my name on the agreement. They did not check my septic since this agreement was issued to builder that's a violation with Brevard county it is to be inspected every 6 months and they are to send that directly to county they have NEVER done that!
Sincerely,

Brian Davis Septic installed my drain field on a new construction home. My home. I contacted them approximately 6 months ago due to my drain field saturating my yard. And start to over flow into my neighbors yard. I got no response from them. I had to call the health department to have them Come and drain it. They sent out a different company to do the work. The other company advised me that the system was too small for my home. I am still having water back up into my yard and I have been calling Brian Davis Septic they promise to come out and to return my calls and never do.I am very frustrated and dont know what else to do. Please helpBusiness Response

To whom it may concern, I have purchased the home and had built it in May 2021. We are a small family and do not use more than the normal amount of water. The outside porch bathroom has been starting to bubble. I've contacted a septic company to come and service the tank. On February 2nd 2023 the company came to service the stated septic tank. Upon opening the lid after having to dig up a 4x4 feet hole into my yard, I'm informed that the drain field is not installed properly. The servicemen removed the filter and the tank was not draining. The service man showed me how the tank was pumped, yet the drain field is pouring back in to the pumped tank. They removed most of the waste due to large amounts of rain coming in the next few days. I've been in contact with Brian Davis Septic(who installed the system), I'm waiting on the office of the septic company to return my call regarding the issue. There are multiple complaints with the BBB, ******* and Yelp so I'm not hopeful for a solution to the issue at hand. I would hope that a company would want to make sure the septic is installed properly, for health and safety reasons. I'm concerned that the tank will refill and cause a backup into the home. I would like a response and a solution to this issue. Have yet to receive a response from the installation company as of writing this email.Business Response

Purchased a home in February 2022 in subdivision that has anaerobic septic. Due to the nature of the system a maintenance contract must be in place per county board of health. After 9 months of being in home and paying Brain Davis Septic their requested fees in February to transfer the contract from the builder to myself, the contract has not been filed with Brevard County I received a notice of violation from the county due to Brian Davis Septic negligence in filing the transfer of the contract with the county. Due to county laws a d permits I am locked into this contract with this company and am unable to get a more competent company to fulfill my maintenance contract.Business Response
