      Took our $285.00, put in a part, left and the dishwasher never worked. Could never reach anyone and then finally they said we needed another part without even coming out and that would be another $300.00. We said are you crazy we would just buy a new dishwasher come and get your original part that did nothing and refund our money. After trying to reach the office many times my wife called on her phone and they answered and said a refund check had been mailed less $50 service call. A week and a half later we have not received a refund check. I called again today and was put on hold and then hung up on when I tried calling back again several times nobody would answer the phone. How can these people still be in business? Someone needs to stop them.
