I just received via mail a booklet that says 'your auto protection policy' with my name and address and contains info about my vehicle 2023 ******* Elantra, WHICH IS FINANCED BY ******* fINANCE and ************** for the past 6 years with AllState Insurance. These con artists somehow got info on my credit card from ***** and it looks like they already have sent me the policy, without my acceptance, authorization or agreement.. They look like ready to charge my bank card. This is the first time I ever have heard about them. Why would I choose ************** from them when I already have the insurance with AllState? Please take care of this FRAUD and CON targeting a 71 Year old Retiree.I already am suffering due to uncalled for stress and anxiety. Can you make sure, these type of law breaking con artists do not get away free and are stopped...permanently to doing any business in *****************? Thanks a lot. THEY ALREADY HAVE STOLEN $1,000 FROM MY CREDIT CARDCustomer Answer

I sincerely thank BBB staff's' wholehearted effort to contact this business to respond to my complaint, but as is crystal clear by these crooked frauds in not responding... that "Silence speaks louder than the words" of their crime and guilt.
By committing these ***** thefts, these greedy and unethical criminals reveal their true colors.
Life will go on...for me despite these setbacks.
In the end....
I believe firmly that "What goes around, comes around."
Thanks again.
Sincerely,
Kan Wal Khurana

Date: 12/30/2024 Amount spent to activate policy:$49 The business committed to give me bumper to bumper extended warranty on my 2016 ******* ****** for 4years or *******miles with a monthly payment of $83. Nature of dispute: I was told I would only pay $83 a month for the policy, but when I received my confirmation email and booklet in mail I was being told I'm going to be charged $131.99. The company American Automotive Alliance told me they would make an investigation on the agent "****" and said he will be recremanded for telling me $83 a month then proceeded to tell me the lowest they could make it was $111.15 a month then when I finally got told that same information from a supervisor I finally agreed to it and was put on hold while she started the process to change my policies monthly to $111.15. She then returned to the phone call to tell me she was sorry because the policy I have and cause I live in ********** she would not be able to bring the price lower than $131.99. Finally she said she is willing to refund me the money I payed to activate the policy.Initial Complaint

I at one point spoke to an agent that offered me an after market extended warrenty .At one point I did take out the insurance .Then I spoke with the agent again to cancel the insurance. After noticing several credit card bills I realized Im still paying for it. Im not sure how but I'm getting charged on one credit card for awhile then when I realizethe charge and dispute the charge with one card It shows up on a different card .I have tried to call your company with the number on your website and have been run through differnt chanels only to be on hold for hours before being diconnected. I am disabled and I live on a fixed income that your company keeps taking 154.every month.Frankly you are getting rich and I am going broke and doing without stuff I need because your compay gives me the run around while continuing to take my money. I'VE done all i know to do just short of canceling my cards and bank account to get you to stop .I have no idea howto stop this whole stealing of my money for for something I didn't want after the first month or so.But I have ask3d more than once for you to stop.Business Response

A vehicle service contract for your 2019 ****** Sentra was purchased on 03/21/2024 from American Automotive Alliance a company selling policies on behalf of ****************
************* is the company responsible for processing the monthly payments for that coverage. We do not sell or cancel these contracts.
American Automotive Alliance's customer service number is ************. They will be able to assist you with any questions you have regarding that coverage. Refunds/Discussions about refunds would also be handled by American Automotive Alliance. Please contact them at your earliest convenience and reference your contract number AMRMC52078.I'm not seeing notes to suggest that you would have spoken with anyone at *****************. regarding billing issues, however it does appear that the credit card information was updated with your seller, after previous payments attempts declined. I am reflecting in my system, that the policy was cancelled on 11/11/2024, after receiving multiple disputes from the bank related to the 8/2024, 9/2024, & 10/24 installments. Those payments should have been refunded back to your account on/around 11/4/2024.
If you have any further questions about the billing of your account, please contact us at ************.I hope you find this to be a satisfactory resolution.

Purchased auto warranty. Canceled warranty by phone and by email. The car was not actually available for coverage. I was sold a policy that could not be used and asked for a refund when I learned the company was still billing the monthly amount to my credit card and the card auto-paid every month. Several months passed before I realized the company had collected thousands of dollars on an unserviceable contract. I called and was given a refund of three months. The customer service rep assured me the rest would be sent via a check. Nothing has been sent. I called again, and the same rep said the same thing. Waited. No refund. Called again, a new agent, and she advised the same thing the previous rep said. She would contact the financing company and request a refund. 8 weeks later and still no refund. I am looking for the remaining balance of this bogus warranty. Contract#AMVSC0044513Initial Complaint

I took my vehicle (towed) to ********************** [**** ******************************************** **************] and was told (by the ***************) to give the warranty book issued to me to the repair facility. They started a claim going on over three months now. I have decided to contact them and spoke to ****** about my claim (claim number: 0C00604142216506). After speaking to him, I was told that the repair facility wanted to replace the entire engine assembly. **** told me "they are trying to rip you off" and wanted to find a single point of failure. So we went on a conference call with ******************* (my service advisor at **********************) to tell him to find the single point of failure. He said it would be about $176.** per hour taking about 8 hours to disassemble the engine. ***** then told me this would be out of my pocket. The contract I have with this warranty company states all the things they do not cover. Shop fees is not one of them. I can not switch shops because I would also have to pay a $500 initial review fee.Initial Complaint

I purchased an Auto Warranty from this company in 2020, paid a down payment $395.00 on March 17, 2020. With a monthly payment of $290.58 of which I made 2 payments and paid in full $2905.00 on June 16, 2020. In August of 2021 I decided to cancel the policy, of which they required that a letter with the notarized odometer reading and that my date for cancellation would be the date I called, and I would have 30 days to send letter and odometer reading. I started sending to them in August and it was sent back to me 2 times because of the address, and I called them and found that they had moved. Finally got letter to them in October but they stated to me that my date of cancellation would be August when I called them. I have been trying to get in touch with the manager and have never been able to talk to him or her about the refund. Called in December, January and February and the only person that I have been able to talk to is ******. ATTACHED:(1) CANCELLATION LETTER (2) BANK STATEMENT SHOWING PAYMENT IN FULL
