    The company sold me a car warranty service that they have been drafting payments from my credit card company for about 2.5 years and now that its time to file a claim the company they provided me which is sunpath is giving me the runaround and doesnt want to fix my auto issues. They had my car from 2/23/24 which I had to get a rental car paid money and they said they will do a partial refund and never give me my car, I then paid the dealership out my pocket to get my car fixed with a battery replacement and then had to asked for a manager because the rep I dealt with was rude. The manager called and asked me to get my car back to the dealership which I did on 03/08/24 and today is 03/15/24 still no resolution from them about my car! I need help getting my car back from this company and the dealership its being kept hostage and I need to get around to get things done.

    Worst warranty company! Just take costumers money and deny claims. They first denied my claim saying parts were not covered when they clearly were. Then they asked for a statement to then use it against you to then deny your claim again. This company *****.

    This company is selling extended warranties under ****** and ****** is not honoring the terms. ******* states there is a mixed up in their computer. My warranty is paid in full but ****** is not honoring the contract. Please do not do business with American Vehicle Protection nor ****** Extended Warranty.

    AMERICAN VEHICLE PROTECTION CORP Contact is ******************************* ********************************************************************* They likely contact you on a spoofed number with a fake business name. The ******* Mini **** will allow you to file lawsuit against them for $3,000 a call if your on the Do not call list. You also have a 2nd cause of action for the misdemeanor they commit when contacting you on a spoofed number and providing incorrect info. You can file a lawsuit without a lawyer if the called you using an ads on a spoofed number. The *** will also fine them $10,000 per call. I'm in the process of suing them for 10 unsolicited phone calls. The **** lawsuit will help prevent them from future scams.

    AVP has tried speaking with you a few times about these legal actions you are claiming, but you start using derogatory lnguage and speaking aggresively towards our customer serivce represntatives, your coverage was cancelled when you indicated you had no desire for the plan an where ***** trying to draw us into a lawsuit. Our legal department advised us not to discuss the matter any futher, but out of good faith if you would like to reach out to us and have a normal conervsation we are more than willing to speak to you and resolve any matter amicably. However if you do call please refrain from vulgar and hostile language towards our staff it has a lasting effect on there day its unnecessary an uncofortable w can reslove anything and weve only been 100% professional with you.
