    I financed a loan of $16,000 from Superior Car Sales also known as happy car sales. They do in-house financing with a company called traction financial and they also use a third-party. They intentionally gave me a bad car. They gave me a rotted belt; I had to pay to replace it at *****. They also sent me to Dales Tires; not wanting to pay for me to get two new tires. Dales was arguing with them because they didnt wanna pay to give me tires either and they had some agreement with them. I had to go to ***** to get brand new tires because the car was not safe to drive.I have had to do $7000 of repairs in eight months and the car still needs $2000 worth of work to be done. They also did not report the loan to the credit bureau.

    I purchased a vehicle on Saturday 01/13/2024 the car broke down 01/14/2024 today is 01/22/2024 and the car is still not fixed I haven't had the car for 24hrs after purchasing something needs to be done

    I put down $6000+ for a $8,800 car I agreed to finance the rest. The paperwork had the term lease on it which I asked about and was assured that's what all their paperwork shows. I have moved since then in August and when I tried to change addresses I was told I had to contact them about it. They are now Superior Auto Sales and when I call I am lied to, my number has been blocked people give me wrong contact numbers. Now the registration is expired as of 1/2/2024. The dmv can't help since it's registered as a lease and no one will talk to me or address the situation. Happy Car sales is out of business now and I don't know what are my options. I would like proper paperwork so I can renew my registration and this starts with communication.

    Bought the used car in 4/2023 at Happy Auto in *********, ******* Paid ******** for the car in total.Happy Car stated they will send Title and registration in a couple of weeks. That call never came. Called them over and over. No response.Went to the place of business all locations left and no where to be found. Ive been trying since July 2023, to get a hold of someone to help me. 5 different DMVs locally. No one can help.They say Happy car didnt finalize paperwork on the 2011 **** Fiesta. So they didnt pay taxes on the sale.So Im driving around with an expired registration, no sticker No one can help. This is the most pathetic situation where no one has any idea or wanting to help.

    On June 2023, I bought a car from Happy Car Sales, I bought a 2008 ****** Camry for $3,950 Down payment. Later, I found out the company was a fraud company, and to avoid legal issues they changed their name to "Superior Car Sales". During the entire time, I was given temporary license plates for 5 months, they did not have an interest in giving me a permanent license plate. Later, they had no ability to give me anymore temporary license plates, stating that ********************** no longer existed, and yet they still wanted to receive Car payments from me. I filed a complaint with the ****************** of ***** vehicles, and they told me Happy Car Sales no longer existed in their system, and Superior Car Sales is under investigation for fraud. I then received a temporary license plate, after showing the ********** of ***** vehicles my bill of sales, which proves me as the owner of the car. Fast forward now, to October 24th, 2023, my a repo Car came in an unmarked truck, stating that he works for Happy Car Sales, the same company that no longer existed on the *** records, masquerading as a new company by the name of "Superior Car Sales", yet still doing fraudulent dealings with the name of Happy Car Sales. My car was taken, and I would like a full refund, and if not, then I would like this company documented in the system as a fraudulent business.

    May 13,2023 I went to Happy Cars Sales to get a car. I got a 2015 *** I gave them $3,500 down on the car and another $500 for the tag. They told me they will give me another tag if the tag I have go out before the hard tag come in. I went back a week later and gave them $2,500 the copier was broke so I didnt get a receipt I went back a week later to get the receipt and make a payment the car lot was gone. I tried calling them and no one answer. My tag went out June 11,2023 and nobody will answer my calls I got a text to send he payments through cash app they promised me they will fix the reflected on the back of my car. They didnt Im asking for help in getting my tag for my car and for the title to it. I dont know where or who Im sending money to they breach the contract when they didnt give me another tag as promised and they didnt fix the reflected as promised.

    I purchased a 2011 ***** xc60 from happy cars sales ********** location, literally two days after I purchased it all types of problems came up. Me and my wife were flabbergasted, when I contacted the car lot they told me because all of the issues are on the wheel( their personalized form of getting over by saying the problems didnt exist). Somehow they got the check engine light to come off just so the vehicle can be purchased because its impossible for me to cause all those problems in two days. The cars air conditioner had stopped working, the service light came on, the back hatch wouldnt open, the car was making a ear drum piercing ringing noise while I was driving on I-95. This is beyond wrong and now Im seeing that its not just me they have a reputation of this; so I will be getting on the legal bandwagon because I lost so much money with this whole situation. I am still paying the car note as well as car insurance and havent been able to drive the vehicle for months now months. Not to mention the price they told me as opposed to the actual price was astronomically different and I had to find this out from a receipt I received by email to show where I was at currently as far as what I owe. THIS IS SO FRAUDULENT.

    Bought car in arpil 2023 from happy car sales I pay them for the plate they said it takes ***** days for it to come they issue me a temp tag first one expires I have it for two weeks like that they over night me a second one this on expired last month on the 22 I've been tryibgbtk contact then about it they ignored me for days finally get in touch with then they tell me they can't issue plates because they have been flagrd by the dmv they tell me to make a complain with dmv to get a new temp tag threw them I tell them I shouldn't have to do that becuz I paid them for the tag I shouldn't have to do the don't work when I paid them any ways I call dmv after week we got to the conclusion that they don't even own the car because they didn't take the right steps to get the title for the car now I'm paying for a car j can't use because of the dealer negligence and I'm out of thousands of dollars cuz no one can fix it but the dealer but they no longer can do that since they lost their license

    I am rejecting this response because: I paid for a car that cant be driven on ** roads because they didnt own car they sold was never taken to get inspected for the rebuildable title I would like a refund for the money I have put on to the car and they can have the car back I shouldnt have to keep paying for a car I cant drive on the road due to no fault of my own

    Purchase a car in May 2023. The car has had a oil leak since the day I bought it. I was told to bring it in to be checked. They tried to charge me $680. When I went back, I found the business was closed. I had to drive 2 hours away to get a paper tag as they did not have my hard tag yet. I waited patiently but never heard back. Called them last week and now the phones are disconnected. Drove another 2 hours, missed work and had to catch a ride because the tag is expired again. When I called, the phones were back on and they said come on down and get another paper tag. I got there and was told that there is nothing they can do. They sent me to 4 different DMVs. I placed a complaint with the last one. I still have no tag, the paper tag is expired and the oil is still Leaking. All of this in 2 months. Do not buy a car from them

    *************** to the complaint resolution that was sent in by the management team at Happy car sales I am the person who purchased the 2013 *** series 535. They did not go above and beyond. When I went there to make a pyment I had the rep on the phone telling me they closing that location and the *************** in front of me telling me no they werent closing that local down. I wanted to find out when I could bring in my car for servicing but I found them they were towing all the vehicles to their *************** location and wouldnt be able to do the services there because that location was closing down. I ended up paying fully for the major problems because no one I went to wanted to accept the warrantee I paid for to them for the issues that the car had. I still have some things to get fixed but I wanted to make the point that I never said I was ok with getting a broken down vehicle since I needed it for work. Not to work on!! They wanted to sell something to me and forced this vehicle on me. They fixed the ac gasket and that was all they did! When I called to get the confirmation for my pyment the lady on the phone told me they had been trying to call me again on my old phone number cause no one ever updated my phone number and that all the phone numbers and cashapp number changed so they were gonna send it to me. This business should not be allowed to operate as it has sold this many unfit cars to hard working people. They lack professionalism and have taken advantage of the community by continuing to sell cars and fake warrantees that no other mechanics want to accept!
