    On September 5, 2024 I went to get my 2018 *** 650i Grande Coupe front windshield tinted at Dr.Sound In *******, *******. I paid in full before services was rendered and before completion of job I observed the employee applying a liquid solution to the windshield. Which is how you apply the tint film, what wasn't done when I observed was nothing was placed on the leather dashboard to protect the vehicle from absorbing the liquid. Dash was drenched with liquid when the employee was placing the tint film in which he wiped off on completion of the job. I didn't think that deep into what was taking place at the time only that I went to a cheap tint shop and I got what i paid for which was not taking proper procedures to protect the clients property. The next morning I got in my car and realize the leather dash started to **** up and have water stains all around it, the leather by the window had risen up and the damaged seeped in. I went back to the tint shop and informed the manager my vehicle was not like that before I brought it in and told him nothing was place on the dash, the employee stated that he placed a towel( which was a lie). The manager attempted to call his upholstery guy and stated that the ends by the windshield was hard and that had to happen through over time. He contacted the owner and on his arrival informed me after looking at the leather dashboard that a tint job couldn't be the cause of that, which I knew was a lie excessive liquid to anything will damage it. The owner said he isn't liable for this and that he was unable to help me (after realizing the damage he knew it was gonna be an expensive fix). I went to *** dealer on the 6th of September the next day and got an estimate around $7,000 for the damages because the whole leather on the dash would have to be removed and new leather will have to be applied and stitched. I just want the damage that was done to be fixed and the owner takes accountability for his employees mistake.

    I told them that I wanted an AM FM C D player.What they put in was just a a m f m And?The vehicle had a system in it before that worked two days They told me.The wiring was no good and charged me another fifty dollars

    They sold me incompatible car stereo after then I ship it back to them (got bunch of evidence ) item shows delivered I called the business to verify they got it the employee said yes.***** claimed to the bank he didnt get it which is a lie , and after that he send me text message with laughing emoji that he wonAttached reopened case letter I sent to the bank that they attached all the evidence there.

    On april 25, 2023 my mechanic ************************* took my car to Dr. Sound for radio install. When car returned I was in shock. They had scraped the dashboard and the radio was installed incorrectly. They added 2 black brackets one on each side of the radio that block the buttons and radio installed at an angle so the top 2 buttons inop. those 2 are on/off and cd release. Car was returned next day and they claimed nothing can be done, thats the way they installed it , if I wanted anything changed I had to pay another $172 for a new installation. I did buy the paint to repaint the dashboard ($27) and did that myself . I want the radio installed in a professional way so I want my money back to be able to take my car to someone else
