    Trans National Credit Corporation is the collection agency for the provider Anesco North Broward, LLC.  The debtor will need to contact ***************************** to obtain their records.  Trans National Credit Corporation is not the custodian of medical records; again these records may be requested from the facility in which services were provided.  The date of the service was 09/02/2019; please check your records regarding the service you received from the provider.  This debt will remain reported to Equifax unless we are provided a dispute specifying the asserted inaccurate information reported.  We will then verify that information further and report to Equifax accordingly.  We also offer to invoke a specified remedy, such as monthly payments on the account or a discounted flat rate fee so that we can report the updated information to Equifax.

    This account is a debt owed to *************************.  Trans National Credit was the collector for this provider.  This debt is for the date of service 09/19/2018 and remains past due.  This debt was billed to your insurance company and this was part of your deductible and the responsibility of the member.  We are willing to take monthly payments on this account until paid in full.  The debtor has never disputed this account directly with us.   Trans National Credit can only supply the debtor with the billing aspects of this account.  All records must be obtained from the facility in which services were provided as we are not the custodian of records.

    We have received several disputes from this consumer regarding the aforementioned account.  This account is a past due debt owed to the provider ************************* for services provided on 10/20/2021.  We are not the custodian of records and records must be retrieved from the facility in which services took place.  All required information was sent to the debtor; all disputes have been responded and validation from the provider's office has also been sent to the debtor.  This is a valid debt.  We are willing to remedy the account with monthly payments or a settlement amount however the debtor continues to dispute the debt.

I never shared my medical records. I have never been in any accidents. There is no way that this account belongs to me. This is a fraud. Please block and remove this unknown medical account. You are violating my privacy!

    This is in response to your letter dated November 12, 2022; we apologize for the late response although we only received the letter on November 21, 2022 as we always respond expeditiously. 

    Please find attached our recent response to this consumer directly.  This account is for the anesthesiologists professional fee for this consumer.  We have many cases where the consumer is confused on how anesthesia billing works; the consumer is charged a fee by the actual anesthesiologist who performed the procedure.  The facility in which services are performed also charge the consumer a fee for anesthesiology which does not include the anesthesiologists professional fee.  The facility would be able to explain to them what the anesthesia fee includes on their billing.  Again our account due is for the anesthesia doctor's professional fee which is not included with the facility billing.
