    They are not an honorable merchant. In November's Black Friday of last year, I purchased two knives, received two free and a discount on a fifth one. This came with a mystery gift, which turned out to be a bottle of knife oil they sell on the website for around $10. Two days after I purchased with this deal, they started advertising their Black Friday sale as Buy Two, Get Three free. I contacted them about giving me my free knife instead of only at a discount. The owner, **** had changed the deal. Their response was that the deal I got could not be replaced with the better deal, even though it was advertised as the same sale and I contacted them quickly. 9/10 merchants, if they did this, they would honor the better deal. Not Coolina. No apology, nothing but effectively "you made a mistake on the first sale deal".This year, their current online video ad has one of their guys saying that a customer of theirs had missed out on the Buy Two, Get Two free so they let him upgrade to get that deal. What a nice company. I contacted them again and I indicated I'd be willing to negotiate a discount price on one of their non-sale items. At first, the customer service rep denied they ever had a Buy Two Get Three sale. I sent them at least eight different emails from 2023 showing that deal. Then the customer service rep replied the same as last year - we won't upgrade my deal to match what was offered last year and they weren't going to make any effort to satisfy the customer. What a company, right?So here I am, at the BBB, trying to let anyone else know they have poor, unsatisfactory business practices and to warn people to be careful if you think you've gotten a good deal. You may be stuck when a better deal comes along in a day or two.
