I think it's a joke and they are liers.I wish I never would have called ************ I asked them a few times if there is only a one time fee I was told yes then after I got with ************ I find out they were changing me 30 dollars every single month very upsetting. One of the cards I have I am paying more in interest then I am on what I had spent on the card

The process for signing up for the program was easy and the representative was very helpful. They provided proof of how the payments were being divided amongst my credit card accounts. My only complaint is that it was not made clear to me upon signing up for the program that the credit accounts would be closed and drop my credit score significantly.

Although we advise clients of creditor policy regarding possible closure of accounts, CreditGUARD of America, Inc., does not report to the credit bureaus and the possible effect a DMP may have on a client's credit report, we will be reaching out to you directly to address your concerns.

They told me all my accounts would show current on my credit and Id be debt free and my credits would stop contacting me. I paid $200 and could only find one card that was paid and they got $15. So I removed my money from my account. Their $200 payment got denied so the next day they took $40 out of my account. Now my credit is worse than before, and the worst part is I referred my sister to them and she said none of her payments got paid and now her credit is a mess now too. If I would have done it on my own I would have been current on my accounts. Now I need to move and my credit is so low I cant get approved for a place to live and I have a kid! Stay away from these guys!

Do not get these guys! The screwed me for a year and a half over $2000 for an account that actually didn't exist! If I could I'd *** them for this felony ??

******* ***** 11/23/2023 I joined CreditGUARD of America in February of 2023. CGA contacted 10 of my creditors (credit cards only) 6 of the credit cards companies are not a problem. Payments are sent in per creditors policies and guidelines. But, 4 of the creditors ******, ******* (*******) Indigo (*******) Milestone (*******) are destroying my credit report. I dropped 100 points from fair to poor. On Experien and Chase Journey. Even though I have been paying monthly on time since February of 2023 ****** day's I'm 180 days past due, ******* says I'm 150 days past due, Indigo 30 days past due and Milestone 30 days past due according to Experian, Transunion and Equifax. Could legal action be an option? I signed up with Credit Guard to help my credit "Not Destroy it"

We have reviewed this client's records and this information is not accurate. (9) out of the client's (10) included creditors are being reported as current as of today's date. The 10th creditor, Aspire, requested a $5.00 per month increase for their monthly payment to enroll the account into the Debt Management Program (June 2023). The client declined to approve this increase request. At that time, he was advised and acknowledged the account would not be enrolled, receives no benefits and would continue to fall past due without standard payment. We feel this review is unfair and misleading.

This is the best debit consolidation company of all ages. I didnt know before today that I could offer a review for the business. I entered a commitment with them 2012 and November ************************************************************************************************* and adhered to the stages to the letter. I would encourage anyone swaddled in debt to give them a call. Its so good that after this review I would like seek to see to get my child in it.

Im only giving it wont star because I had to. Call this company, hoping that they can give me some relief with my debt even though its really not that much after much research and looking into the Better Business Bureau reviews I decided I did not wanna go with this company and I thought they were a scam or were trying to fraudulently take my money for a scam saying they could help with my dad when most people are claiming that they did nothing of the sort. I informed the lady that I wanted to wait to pay the initial fee of $75 because I wasnt sure if I even wanted to do this so I told her give me till Thursday and maybe I can pay it then.. I was under the assumption that maybe they would call me to make sure and authorize this charge. No thats not what happened Thursday 12 AM without a question they took that freaking money from my account so I immediately called them and I told them that I wanted to cancel. I never authorize them to take the money because I wasnt even sure if I wanted to go through with it and I needed some time which is what I explain to the lady. I was able to speak to a supervisor a few days later because I still didnt get an answer on it, and ******** advise me that even though in the recording, I stated that I wasnt sure if I was going to be able to pay it Thursday and even though she informed me that if that recording said that because I wasnt sure if I can make the payment yet that she would be able to get me the refund well even after listening to the recording and stating exactly that is exactly what I said that I wasnt sure if I could have the money Thursday shes not going to give me a refund. I think its absolutely c*** ************ never did anything for me. I canceled within the two days I canceled the day. I told him that I was going to possibly be able to have the money to pay for this initial fee and now Im out $75. Beware !!!! Thanks for nothing ********
