STAY AWAY!!! If I could give them less than one star, I would. ************** is a fraud. She kept trying to push me to get veneers, telling me how much better my smile would be if I got them. When I would tell my friends this, they thought she was crazy bc I have a very nice smile. But after offering several discounts (at first it was $10k then $6k then she offered it to me for $4k) I finally agreed, thinking that was a pretty good deal. They said I could finance it interest free for a year, I applied and got approved. I made an appt for two weeks later to get fitted for the veneers, but started having second thoughts. So I changed my appt from the fitting to a second consult, where ************** kept pushing me to get them, saying how much better I would look. I told them I wanted to wait until next year as I wasn't sure I needed them. Two weeks later, I got a bill in the mail for $4k from the lender that approved me for the veneers. Apparently, they charged me for the veneers the day I got approved for it. I called the office to tell them, and they said they "didn't issue refunds" and they are like "an airline, you can't get a refund once you prepay for a service" (see attached texts screen shots with their office) ... it has now been 8 months, 2 letters from my lawyers and they REFUSE to refund the money for veneers I never ever had done. They told the credit card company that they made the molds for the veneers which is a FLAT OUT LIE. STAY AWAY. I am currently taking her to court - they are a terrible office that are only there to take your money. I cannot believe I've had to deal with this - read my past reviews, you'll see I've never written a bad review, only good ones. I am not that person. I am doing this to help others ensure they do not go through the same thing. STAY AWAY

She is an unprofessional, unpleasant, no home training DENTIST. She has been harassing me after I expressed my concern regarding my visit. As stated before she made unprofessional remarks, she will not stop calling and sending emails after I texted her and stated to stop texting me. She is a lunatic and the response on Hoogle review proved my point and facts about my horrible experience with this office wont never and will never go here again.

I went to ************* in Jan 2023 to get 10 veneers put on my upper teeth. About a month into getting my veneers put on, the front tooth loosened and came off. I didn't think much of it and just thought that this was just an adjustment they needed to make and that it surely was not going to happen again. A few months after this incident one of my side teeth popped off and I started to get worried. They put the tooth back on but within a few days felt severe sensitivity. I called and said there was something wrong and I needed to come in to replace it. They told me that they put the tooth back, but it was the wrong veneer and it didn't fit. The amount of frustration was unmeasurable at this point but I kept my cool and gave them the benefit of the doubt that they would be able to fix it. They fixed the tooth with no change and I did opt for another botox treatment. Within the next 90 days, the tooth next to it popped. I went back very much distraught and wanted an explanation as to why this kept happening. Dec 15th my canine tooth dislodged and I have a missing tooth. I will be seeking a second opinion and getting a replacement from another medical professional. At the moment I am having a hard time eating, and sleeping, and overall anxiety from my teeth falling out. The third tooth was fixed and I decided that I would no longer go back to ************* or give her another nickel. I went back to my old dentist and he checked my teeth. He assessed that my bite was off and I needed to shave down my lower teeth to make room for the new teeth. Which he did. On Feb 26th, 2024 my front tooth cracked in half. Luckily I had the " spare teeth '' and had my dentist replace the tooth. My dentist informed me that I would eventually need a set of full crowns to replace the work that ************** did.

This business only wants large amounts of money. They want to rip out perfectly good teeth and put synthetic purely to make profit. They operate like a black market dentist, telling you lies to get money. What a horrible business, they need to go back to college and take ethics classes.

I never received a retainer for my Invisalign; after completing my Invisalign treatment, I was supposed to receive a retainer to maintain the alignment of my teeth. However, despite several reminders via calls and voice mails, the dentist failed to provide me with the retainer. Within a few months of completing my Invisalign treatment, I noticed that my teeth started shifting due to not having a retainer. This was extremely disappointing as I had invested a lot of time and money in the Invisalign treatment. The dentist (**************) does not want to reconcile or fix the issue that they caused. When I brought up the issue to the operations manager, she was very dismissive and did not have any **************** to fix the issue. I no longer live in ******* and the operations manager suggested that I fly back to ******* on my own expense to have impressions taken over. I also flew to ******* 3 times throughout my Invisalign process and there was always an issue. This lack of concern, unethical reasoning and professionalism is unacceptable

Unethical and incompetent practice. They told me I had 2 cavities, gum issues, and that they couldnt do a standard cleaning because my teeth were so bad. Instead I required a special cleaning that is not covered by insurance. In addition, they gave me a list of procedures they recommend I do with them totaling $10,000. I have never had a cavity before so this came as a surprise to me. I got a second opinion from a dentist with over 25 years experience and was told I have NO cavities, and NO gum issues whatsoever. I receive a standard cleaning and was on my way. Dr. ********************** dental boutique and spa is doing harm to patients.

Original ****** review pasted below. Today, ******************** team chose lie and use defamatory statements in their response to my review. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS WOMAN. I have firsthand heard her joke about her transgender employee. I never returned after that.Original Review I had a cap/crown replaced after 25 years. 11 months later the crown came out. I had no idea it was gone until my tooth started to irritate me. I went back for a cleaning and to find out why the crown had come off. I received no answers and was told I would have to pay $800 dollars to get it redone. This seemed strange to me, so I questioned why.The office manager which had avoided my calls for a week, finally called me back after I called repeatedly for answers. I merge a friend on the call to have a witness, where I was told that the office would go half with me ($370). Again, strange.I consulted with two other dentists who said the crown was either not fitted or cemented properly. Today, marks one day until the 30th day and I called to follow up. I received photos with no patient name or dates. I requested all my records.I have since gotten my crown temporarily replaced and can now tell that one Dr. ********************** staff put on did not fit properly. This one fits like my actual tooth and the one put on by Dr. ********************** office was felt higher and wider on my tooth.Because the crown came off, I may have to get a root canal once the permanent crown is put on because of the exposure.I have spent just under 16k with ************** and the fact that she tried to have me pay twice for a service that wasnt properly done, is unbelievable. To the employee who did my cleaning, be cautious. Before ************** called you back into the room to asked why you didnt do a deep cleaning on me, she made a joke about calling you him/her - to which the office manager corrected her and said you are referred to as they. The way she spoke to you in front of me was disgusting and no one deserves that from an employer.
