      NEW ????DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS OFFICE??????..they will communicate perfectly fine until they get your money. Once you put deposit down they will ghost you and try to say they tried to communicate with you but when asked for proof of that communication ******************* will tell you they cant provide them and he is a complete a****** shouldnt be the president of this s***** office. Look at their reviews and several complaints for not communicating and just know they will NOT refund anything because they make you sign that contract.3 Different emails NO RESPONSE ??????BEWARE??????

      Gave a deposit and was assured that I could meet with the surgeon to give expectations, but that was never done. Asked withing their one year of I could transfer the balance to their spa as I wasn't comfortable with someone just cutting on my face without speaking to them. The staff.was only interested in speaking me if they thought I was giving them money. Otherwise, the communication was so lacking that I feared this was not reputable and became uncomfortable with the whole process. They kept delaying answering my request to move my deposit until the one year deposit date passed. Now they are just keeping the money.In the arbitrarily schedule surgery billing they were going to bill.me.for cancellation. I emailed them and they were incredibly rude and now won't reply.
