    I paid these peoplee the whole Amount of money because I thought they had done their job correctly,But one of the poles after the fence installation was wobbly,and still is. It seems it was not attach yo the floor, This fence was installed more than 3 months ago. I have emailed them, sent videos and pictures with no answer from the business. I havent been able to use the fence because I am afraid it will fall , I explained to them that my neighbor agreed with attaching the fence to his wall. So it should be a 10 mins job *** and still they havent fixed. Once they emailed me back more than months ago or more saying to be patient. Now they dont even answer emails or calls. I closed the bbb complaint before in good faith. But obviously the good faith was on my part only. Also this company advertise itself as a bbb A+ ( is it really ) I want the BBB to find out about maybe false advertising on their part.

    First, we would like to point out that we have not received this complaint until today and are responding immediately.

    A customer and their neighbor may not agree to violate building codes and so attaching this customers fence to a neighbors house as she requests would have resulted in failing the inspection because part of her fence would have been built past her own property line. The issue with the loose part of the customer's ********************** was resolved by our returning and shoring up two posts with additional concrete. While the issue was certainly not resolved quickly, it was resolved of our own accord and before we became aware of this complaint to the BBB.
