This account has been settled and paid for years. I have not had one communication from them since and all of a sudden they are having a collection company call me saying that I owe $2000. I want them to communicate with me and not have some obnoxious mean accusing person call and try to force me to pay something that has been paid.

    Hello,

Can you please provide which agency reached out to you so that I may investigate further? Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:

I do not understand their response. How many times did you BBB have to contact them before they responded. I originally was told the account is paid in full indeed by a girl who answered the phone when I contacted Knight Capital.

    Can they please explain.

    Sincerely,

    Good afternoon,

This file entered default on 12/15/2017 with $2,558.67 of outstanding receivables due to Knight Capital. After our internal collections department made attempts to resolve this with no success, the file was placed to an external collections agency. They made many efforts to contact you for resolution but were not able to resolve this account. It has now been placed with *********************** & Associates for additional collection efforts. Knight Capital does not have record of a settlement on this file.

I understand that you called customer service who informed you that it was indeed paid off. That was an error due to an accounting entry in our system. Because of the miscommunication, I have been authorized to write off the remaining $2,558.67 in order to resolve this matter.

    Regards,

    ***********************

I was contacted by Knight for a "business loan" disguised as a purchase of business deposits. Representatives from Knight lead me to believe it was a monthly payment , which is lie. They take the money out of your account daily. There were days they took payments out twice a day. I attempted to contact them regarding the issue, and was ignored, then passed off to someone who told me they couldn't resolve the issue. I started an arbitration proceeding in *******, per the Agreement. Then, I started getting emails from emails labeled ******************* i responded multiple times to the emails, with NO response, When I sent back all of the emails I sent this fake ************ and **** Knight, who has represented he is an attorney, yet I can't find evidence of that. This firm is a scammer.

Between November 29 - December 2 I purchased ******* shares of COSM stock from Fidelity web site. Fidelity displayed in my Rollover *** account I had ******* with a Average Cost Basis of $0.54 per share. On December 15, after regular trading hours, COSM did a reverse stock split of 25:1. When I looked in my Fidelity account on the morning of December 16 I saw I had ***** shares of COSM with an Average Cost Basis of $11.00 per share. During the trading day of December 16, the price of COSM reached over $23 per share. Wanting to break even, I closed my position and sold ******* shares for $11.00. It wasn't until the end of the trading day that I reconciled my account and noticed my average cost was above $13 per share. I contacted Fidelity and spoke with a ************************* and ***************************** and informed them of the price discrepancy. Both stated that they would not help me because my trading strategy was based on selling at my Average Cost Basis. I informed them I had also traded COSM on my ETrade account and sold for $20 and $23 during the run up and would have waited to sell in my Fidelity account too. I request Fidelity make me whole and credit my account $5,752.
